Very convenient location. Clean and quiet

Safe area. Family park next door. Was able to walk and felt safe.

Great area for good food and Old West proximity. No one can do this for you. Do the research and enjoy. Nothing sucks as much as coastal tourists who are culturally clueless. Don’t buy a cowboy hat or pretend you know the west. Be genuine and inquisitive and the locals will treat you like royalty.

During Evening Smoke detector, started beeping, Phone in room was not working, used personal cell phone to report to Front Desk , where rude attendant accused me of smoking in room, I am a non smoker, getting ready to walk down attendant met me at Door, with an attitude. Told her to listen for annoying, BEEP, she left , Moments passed, I walked down and again with an Attitude, she said she called Maintenance, later they came , replaced Battery, all was well, told Maintenance story , and that Phone was Inoperative. He picked up phone and agreed, it didn’t work.
After he left , I walked back to lobby and left my Business Card for manager or Supervisor to call me , No Call..

I stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed it. Gym and pool areas are clean. Property is closed to boothill museum and other food places. It is also in walking distance to walk along Arkansas river bank for early morning or evening stroll.

Broken bed; staff refused to switch out mattress; did NOTHING to address or aid the situation and refused any discount. Maria at the front desk was rude, condescending, and had no regard for the comfort of guests. Others in our party had a LIVE salamander in their 2nd floor room when they arrived and staff refused to take care of it. Guests had to remove it themselves. Was the worst hotel stay we’ve had in years! Absolutely AWFUL. Stay away.

If you are passing through Dodge City I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and safe area. Within walking distance to. fabulous restaurant

This property was well placed for why we were there, which was primarily to check out the museum. The waterpark is right next door as well! Overall very pleased with this property.

Old not kept up sheet rock in the bathroom has wet and coming off the walls beds are old and uncomfortable

Hotel is nice and clean. Problem is that the elevators were not working and my wife is handicapped. Then to boot the handicapped rooms are on the 4th floor. Why I do not know. Every hotel I have ever stayed at they are on the bottom floor. Room was clean though. Hope they get the elevators working.

Elevator out of order and we were on 2nd floor. The next day when we checked out it was still out of order. I don’t think a Marriott or a Hampton Inn would ignore a problem like this.

There some good restaurants at a walkable distance from the hotel. It is close to the rr tracks but it was quiet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great access to things and restaurants. Just wish there is isn't too much of interference with LTE in the room.

2,Issues,,1st of 2 of 4 nite , A/C didn’t work right , after second night, I asked and complained , I switched Room , this issue resolved……. 2nd issue, 1 Elevator seemed to be not working, oh well , That was fine until the 2nd of 2 Elevator quit working. I understand, it just happens. Still not a big Problem, but , Getting Luggage down stairs, was a Challenge.
