Over all stay was great and breakfast was good. The room could use some maintenance; the toilet paper holder fell of the wall, the towel holder on the back of the BR door was loose and wouldn't hold the towel. Also looked like water or steam damage in the bathroom ceiling.

The front desk was very friendly and kind. Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Our room was not so great. Bathroom ceiling and walls were peeling. Shower knob to
Control shower was broken along with towel hangers. Room was worn down. Bed was clean and comfortable. We left very early in the AM.

I came into town for a meal and some time playing games at the casino. The room was terrific. The breakfast is always fabulous and the staff is great. April checked me in. She always does a great job.

There was never any hot water hot hot water. Literally never got hot or warm, so cold showers. But my bathroom was dirty. And the bathtub was filthy stained, and there was gunk all over the shower head. Gunk and grind and wool growing in the cracks of the bathrooms. They have a somewhat kitchen at but no dishes to use north silverware. The beds were as hard as brick and the pillows were overused And the bedding sheets more yellowish. The shower curtain smelt like meldo. Definitely needs to be changed out. My customer service and receptions were great.I always had a smile and ready to help.

Tv did not work. Light bulbs burnt out. Hard water stains on shower. Sink wouldn’t drain well

We had a wheelchair accessible room. Was very room and was helpful as we worked with our adult son. Didn't like that the room was on the 4th floor. If the elevator fails, I don't know what we would do.

Sadly all rooms with handicap bathrooms were already filled, so I had to carefully make do. I will NEVER use HOTELS.COM again. Hampton Inn and Suites - Dodge City, YES we will be back Thank You!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great! The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling quite a bit. Also, there were 4 people in the room but there were only 3 sets of towels.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean comfy room and good breakfast. The lady in breakfast area was very friendly and made sure there was food was filled and helping the kids that were there also.
