Rooms are very small, I took a smoking room without thinking it would smell much like cigarettes but it did a lot. I noticed a some sort of booger attached with a small hair on the shower curtain and it was never removed during my 6 nights stays. Hotel is near a metro station but does not take JR pass so prepare a suica/pasmo card or bring many coins with you. Location is very far from most places you want to visit. (takes around 40 minutes - 1 hour to arrive at the big cities) Overall, its not that bad of a hotel if you need a cheap place to stay and just sleep. Staff are nice too.

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay! The bed was very hard though and it was difficult to sleep.

I liked the location close to the train station. The room was smaller than I expected. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is strategically located near the station that’s why it’s very convenient. Plus it is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are all nice and very accommodating.

The Tokyo inn Hotel is a very clean and well equipped structure in the middle of the beautiful Higashi-kurume city.

Bed and bathroom is good. Close to train station. Doesn't have onsite parking so have to pay at nearby pay to park lot, cost about $9 for overnight. Breakfast was good. Room is small so good for 1 or 2 people, but decent for Japan. Close to a convience store and train station. I've stayed there twice, will stay again.

Just general Japanese quality business hotel. Room and facilities were clean for sure and the reaction of the staff was nice and proper. There was no complain during my stay.

Cleanliness is good but parking are not available supposed to be use

They served dishes cooked by locals. I felt like eating at home.

Close to the station, clean , stylish , perfect facilities. But check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am is not convenient to me especially when taking in consideration the breakfast is only two hours from 7am to 9am. Little earlier check in, little far check out would have made it 10/10 for me.

We lived in Japan many years and weren't sure what to expect from this business hotel. But what a wonderful surprise. This is a newer, immaculately clean, friendly and very convenient hotel on the Seibu Ikebukuru line about 30-45 minutes from downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were small but quite well designed so it felt larger than it really was with storage under the bed, a space to hang clothes on the wall, and a good-sized desk area. The bathroom was compact but had a lovely Japanese bathtub for a good deep soak! The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the station with lots of shopping and restaurants around. Higashi Kurume, the suburb where the hotel is located has a quiet, small-town feel that is a lovely contrast to the hustle and bustle downtown. The breakfast buffet was simple and completely Japanese (rice balls, miso soup, salad, bread, coffee, tea) but was very delicious and served by a wonderful crew of Japanese ladies. I highly recommend this hotel!

The facilities were clean. We likes the location. The staff did a great job in serving us.

Check in was very smooth and easy. The breakfast was a typical Japanese meal that was very tasty. The ladies working in the cafeteria were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the station. The station, Higashi Kurume is 25 minutes from Ikebukuro, one of the major train stations in Tokyo. Higashi Kurume is a suburban city worth a visit, too.
