We spent 1 night in the hotel, found that water on the shower didn’t drain properly, found that blind in the room didn’t properly work as well, and tv try to put some channels but did not see clear the tv.

Horrible customer service. The music near the pool area played until 10pm and was too loud. Unable to sleep. Rooms were dirty; lots of flies and mosquitoes.

Very nice hotel, very clean and elegant every time I come to Nicaragua I always stay at this hotel. It’s also very secure and friendly staff

I was unable to spend any time at Hotel Agualcas due to my Arline delaying my flight to Managua. Upon reaching the Hotel, I was informed by the front desk that since I did not Check in on the first day, I lost my reservation and can not get a refund.

I liked everything.

I was looking forward to this hotel it looked very pretty online. It was very annoying that there was a giant party being held in the pool area. I was looking forward to going for a swim but wasn’t able to. I feel that they could have warned us before hand, I could have go somewhere else. The WiFi did not work at all because it as in a “weak area” I was in room 103 right next to the lobby. Strange. Around 11pm I woke up to my legs and arms in red bumpy itchy rash. I had to rush to the hospital. No concern or help from the front desk I had to get a taxi on my dime no help or offer of help. I had to get injections to calm the rash and itching. When I got out of the hospital I called and told them I needed a new room. No rooms available. I asked for new sheets. They said they can accommodate that, I told them when I will be arriving. Excepting to arriving with fresh sheets I was expecting far too much, 15 mins later a man finally arrived with only pillow covered I showed them my injection site My rash and told them I need all new sheets They said they don’t have the keys to get into the laundry room. I asked for my money back so I can go somewhere else No response. They just stood there. They ended up giving me 2 blankets one to lay down and one to cover myself with. Oh…. And they took back the pillowcases. Terrible. Don’t stay here.

Never disappoints great place

The hotel and staff are great. Outside the property can be perceived as dirty and sketchy. Wifi signal is weak throughout the property.

Clean, facilities were nice, food and staff were good.

Too much noise can’t rest

The only issue we had withbour stay was the Airport Shuttle. Youbwill have to reserve the shuttle 24 hrs in advance or you will not be able to use it. Even if the shuttle isnparked at the hotel grounds.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but the area surrounding the hotel is very dark, not a place to walk around. The rooms are small but with everything you need. If you have a light sleep, make sure you don’t get a room next to the pool and the bar because it can get loud at night.

Nice and clean, good food and friendly staff

Everything was very good, the room, the breakfast buffet, and the hospitality of the staff, but the location of the hotel was not the best. If you don't have a car or someone to drive you, the surroundings of the hotel are not the best. You can't go for a walk around the hotel, the streets are not in good condition, there are no sidewalks in good condition to walk on, and there is nothing near the hotel like restaurants or shopping malls.

The hotel was great inside but the area was not nice.

The only thing I don't like is that there is no electrical plug in the bathroom.

This time my experience was not good because the room was very bright and I could not sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was very good and all the staff helpful to the USA traveler.

This property was very nice and clean. Everyone was so attentive and Great Customer Service from the front desk to the restaurant servers and chefs. We Surely enjoyed our time spent there and plan to return sometime soon.

Well the parking sucks because there is not exit and when u are park to exit you have to reverse and is narrow when doing it so. The same entrances is the exit as well
