Big spacious room with all amenities. Walking distance from all major attractions in Baku. The only improvement is the whole reception, its set-up, welcoming attendants, good English-speaking service managers, and the decor

The room had some old cigarette smell, but besides that, everything worked out well.

Excellent staff and very friendly at the reception

This hotel is from what I can gather from the sign on the roof linked to the Möwenpick chain. The rooms are big, beds so comfortable and the bathrooms spotless with all the bits and bobs you expect. The breakfast choice is extensive and goes on til 11, 11:30 at the weekends. The staff are wonderfully helpful and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. There is only one criticism, but I think it’s important to raise it. The hotel has lovely carpets throughout but the hotel must invest in a really good carpet cleaning machine. It seems that people have been throwing tea and coffee around the corridors and in my room there was what seemed like a red wine stain. The cleaning staff obviously tried to clean it up at the time but the stains persist. My plea to the management is please do something about the carpet stains. In every other respect the hotel is excellent. I really enjoyed my stay, but future reviewers might not be so kind.

Great property in the middle of the city. Close walk to everywhere and even at night 2-3am there were people out and it was really safe. The room was great as well, it was massive. Highly recommend

It was an amazing experience, the staff was the best part of the hotel, they served me more than required. I highly recommend Baku visitors to choose this hotel.

In the beginning, they gave me a room with poor air conditioning, and after an argument, the room was changed. The lobby does not have a cafeteria, as the lobby is under maintenance. In general, the stay was good, and the hotel is good, close to Nizami Street, 10 minutes on foot.

One of the best hotel experiences for a family trip. Everything was perfect. We booked a quadruple room for a family of 4, it was as good as a 2 Br suite. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen amazing .Located 5 mins away from Nizami street, location cudnt get better .It was in a quite peaceful area away from the marketplace noise yet very close to it within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was vast and in a very pleasant scenic area of hotel, though the menu was repetitive mostly. Special mention to guest coordinator Nigar , she was very attentive to our needs and prompt in responding . She gave us all information that we needed and arranged a luxury van for us to travel to Gabala at a very reasonable price at a very short notice ,maybe within an hour or so. I wish all hotels have such kind and thoughtful staff. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone , it might be a bit pricey compared to neighboring properties but totally worth the price

Save and quiet

Unfortunately the service about ironing was impossible to obtain i ask for 3 days a iron in the room , the service Told me ok .... But the iron do not came! Told me that was able to give me the Irons service ... But also no One came in my room to ask the hamd ....Sometimes Better Say "Sorry Is not possibile " instead of Say ok... .... And leave the customer waiting and waiting and waiting for every day .... In not sure next time i Will choose the same hotel for my next business trip . (Iron to attend a meeting Is necessary! )

Friendly staff .. Good breakfast.. Super fast room service.. Not to forget convenient location to Nizami street ... short walk .. nice neighborhood With 2 grocery store and a bank ... The rooms have a beautiful view

we had great stay at this hotel for 6 nights . to being with very good location if you are considering visiting NIZAMI street often , from hotels back door , its just 3-4 mnts walking distant . Room is very spacious , if you get FUZULI park facing ,then you will have very good view . inside rooms all amenities are very well designed and top quality finishing . Breakfast is lavish and just superb and on top floor having amazing city view . gym is top quality and excellent , very large having all equipments to do cardio as well weight training for entire body . they just miss in between 5 and 10 kg plates , which they should procure . Staff was very polite and cooperative . whatever items ordered irrespective of time , used to get almost immediate .Pvt taxi are always outside the hotel waiting so easy to commute . Over all very good experience , must stay if you want to stay at this location and in this budget .

One of the best hotels in Baku to stay in regard to location, staff freindly and money. Few steps from the famous stareet nizami and all what you need near by you. Rooms are big enough and can accomodate 3 easly. Strongly recommended.

Good hotel but need to walk to the centre

Winter Park was exactly as described. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Fountain Square. The room was very clean and comfortable with a great working safe and comfy robes. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, modern and of a very good size for value. Breakfast on top 15th floor was excellent with good view of city. Staff all very friendly and professional. Lobby bar and reception area was basic but fine. Location excellent but a 5 min walk down side streets to Fountain Square and reasonably close to old city. Stayed there for F1 Race and hotel was very accessible given huge road closures due to race.

There are a lot of male Arab visitors that can be loud at night and for some reason leave the fire stairwell door open.
