Rooms are extra worn out. Duble rooms are incredibile small and junior suite is, in fact, a small double.
Personnel is very very nice and tries to compensate.

When we arrived, we were given keys to a room that was not cleaned yet. we were giving a second room, which I actually started to cry. It was dark as can be not clean at all to top it off the wall had a hole in it. We were given a third choice which was better and we decided to stay.
It was on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was no elevator.
The noise from the street and the noise within the hallways kept us up to very very late night, almost till morning. The cleaning crew also did not show up. I had to ask for towels, which I did receive. I actually was very happy to leave this hotel and I don’t really think I will return.
But I do have to mention that the front desk was very helpful with the problem we had with the TV more than once and they try to be very accommodating, and they were the nicest thing about this place…

I love the people that own the place. They’re so friendly and welcoming. I had a fabulous time. Things could be updated like the shower. Overall very happy with my stay and will stay again

The Hotel is in the heart of Tel Aviv and is in a very good location. I booked the suit with the Jacuzzi on photo the room looks different. so be carful when you see some images. the hotel do not have lift and 3 floors with the luggage's needs to get them up in your hands.

Floor caused tripping. Wasn’t shown how to work the coffee machine and the employee didn’t know how.
No extra blanket available. Shower doors couldn’t close. Door to Spa off room difficult to open and only opened partially. Night employee was very nice and told us where to park.

The room was top quality. You can tell there was a lot of effort designing the room. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy online. In the room we had an espresso machine. There is a small shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee and tea and also cookies which was a nice morning snack. Location is amazing!!! In the middle of Neve Tzedek very walkable and easy. Overall we enjoyed a lot!

This is on a side street in Yarkon street with a cool vibe on the next street. A very modern, stylish and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling. Bed was v comfortable.

My husband and I have allergies and the smell of mold was unbearable. It was horrible and we had to leave, we didn't stay in this terrible place. We want our money to come back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean with a lamp, plug and 2 usbs per person and we had a full length mirror which is really rare in most hostels!
Hand soap, shampoo and towels were provided also in our private room and we were given fresh towels every couple of days.
The roof terrace was a favourite for us. We spent a lot of time up there in the evenings after long days out exploring. It has fabulous views.
Whilst this place was probably a 5 minute walk from the beach and places near center, on exploring we found it was close to things such as the TLV Mall and Sarona food market (which we loved!)

First the details said balcony and laundry facilities. We wanted both and got neither. They make sure to state that your price is non-refundable. So after booking four day stay and getting there to find out we were in a dark, basement like room with dirty towels and a bad smell, we decided to move to a different hotel. I was fine paying for 2 nights but thought they should refund the other two. They didn't even respond to multiple emails after the desk person told us we should email the request. The pictures are really not what you get. I don't know how this hotel gets such high marks. It is cheap but you don't even get your monies worth.

The room was wonderfully spacious and perfectly clean and tidy, it was quiet and located on a nice quiet street, the other guests I met were very nice and Arthur the caretaker/manager was a very nice and helpful person.

Everything was amazing! The check-in by Alexander, I think, was excellent. He gave us one of our rooms just after 11am, for which I am eternally grateful! The beds were so comfortable, excellent bathroom facilities. Great location, everywhere is within easy reach. The staff were all truly wonderful. I was very impressed. can’t wait to stay here again.

Very disappointing. The pictures shown on Expedia were nothing like reality. We were charged $165/night and after check in saw that the price for the room on Expedia was $107/night. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like mildew and the room we had looked like a crypt- 2 small windows, both fully covered. We’ve decided to leave and asked for a refund for the second night but we did not even get a reply. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable.

A really cosy accommodation in an excellent area, close to many restaurants and bars, but still in a quiet location. The accommodation is well organised, the hosts are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but very clean and we had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was in a nearby nice and pleasant café. For us this was a perfect choice.
