Right on Haeundae beach, close to the market, lots of restaurants around, two bus stations nearby and not too far from Haeundae train station.

Wonderful breakfast. Really nice hotel with great location.

Location of the hotel is good. Very close to Haeundae Beach. It’s clean and modern. Bed and linens are comfortable. The hotel could use a real bar. The lobby cafe where we got our “VIP” drink lacked ambiance so wasn’t really the kind of space we wanted to have a drink.

Too noisy when at night around 12pm . Nxt room make too much noise n we can hear it . No sound proof.

The room was good.. The lobby is on the second floor front desk agent was very helpful for our check in and out. There is a light near the door that motion sensitive and cannot be turned off with the master switch. We did have some trouble with the washer and dryer. It used only coins and the change machine was not working properly, but the front desk was able to help us. The cleaners were exceptional and completed their work quickly and efficiently.

Brilliant hotel! So nice and clean and right by the beachside! Literally a few steps away. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms have a bidet and normal shower heads that can be angled and leveled how you want it.

Staffs are kind, great location and I have stayed at this hotel several times before. However, for this particular stay :: there was a group of middle school students stayed here for their field trip. NO CONTROL for so much noise at late hours and when this group leaves & returns - all 4 elevators are completely occupied by the students group that other customers wait forever for it. Staffs should have done something more for the crowd control for elevator use. (and even for room assignments that general customer are not at the same floor with the young students)

The hotel is nice, however they only open the rooftop and pool from July- September, so it was unavailable during our stay which was very disappointing. The VIP perks that they offered us, the 2 drinks per day during our stay… was half a cup of black coffee in a to go cup in the morning. They don’t even let you walk into the restaurant to drink it, honestly might as well and drink the coffee provided in your room. The service was also not the best…you have to take a number and wait to check in. The last day we found a bug in our room. Overall it was not what I had expected from such a known hotel chain.

I took an ocean facing rm and the view was superb. The beach is just a short walk away. The hotel is located not too far away frm the hub of activities, so we get to enjoy a relatively quiet beach and all the hustle and bustle of the activities by just a short walk away. Some of the services can be improved. I booked a room for 3 adults but brkfst is only provided for 2. Why not provide for 3? I have to pay for 1 additional adult at the door every morning. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per day. I need to request housekeeping for an additional bottle for the 3rd adult. Again why make the customer jump thru these hoops?

Close to metro station. Beach is across the street. Lots of dining, shopping options. One thing we did not like was cleaning staff rearranging our personal belongings. Other than that a good place to stay.

What a great stay we had. Far enough from the party strip, but close enough to walk and enjoy the food alleys and beach. The accommodations were top notch, with a beautiful view of the sea.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff as well. We had a great room with a wonderful ocean view. The only issue was that the heat was still on and we could not regulate it. We were told to open the window. Which we did, but unfortunately there were batting cages right under our window, so we did not get much sleep. I honestly would stay there again, just either in winter when the heat is welcome, or in the summer when it is off.

The hotel location is excellent eventhough not right in front of beach but some of the room has a very nice beach view … 5 mins walks u can find many rest and shops behind our hotel … hotel is clean and room is big enough for 3 people

Fairly clean. Warm and the AC wasn’t available in the room until 2pm. Overall decent experience. Like the location
