Very good stay that was local to our local train station for our training in the morning and we had a lot of local places that was open for breakfast

Radiators were very wet, dripping.

Basic rooms but that's all you need, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Close to station for trains and busses for local and onward travel

Property is close to transportation going to downtown Zürich. Only thing no phone and fridge in the room.

Great place to stay while visiting Venice! Being within 5 minutes’ walking distance to the Venezia Mestre train station made it extremely convenient. The hotel is contemporary and hip in decor, with active lobby and areas to hang out with drinks. Breakfast is European styled, with cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, salad, pancakes, breads.

I stayed there for two days and thank god it was only that. there was zero internet the entire time i was there and they kept saying it would come back and it never did. the towels were dirty the rooms were dirty and even more was the bathroom. honestly disgusting. the shower was NOT clean. not given anything. except for soap that wasn’t clean. beds are bad quality. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It was fun to stay there, karaoke and many amenities. I will visit another A&O when possible, great prices and great service.

A great 4 nights stay! Staff was super friendly, great cheap prices in the bar, you could book cleaning of the room if you wanted and they changed the towels each day if they were on the floor. The best part was that it was super easy to take the train into central Venice. 10 min. And it only cost 1,45€ for a one-way ticket which could be bought at the station or online. Really easy. And the trains came very frequently. Would definitely recommend staying here over the expensive hotels over in Venice!

It was conveniently close to Mestre train station and closer to mestre bus stop for ATVO airport buses. Only issues were (1) molds in the shower corners which they could clean/remove easily and (2) beds were not made. We had to put on the bed sheets

Fantastic place if you are not looking for fancy, big hotel, staff are very nice. Security on the ground floor, quite a lot of people hangout there, though it feels really safe. Very clean, modern hostel.

Our bathroom definitely wasn’t cleaned. There was hair in the drain and the water didn’t drain. Additionally, it was very noisy at 1 am and there was hair in my bed before I got there. We only stayed one night before catching the train, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I wouldn’t stay her longer.

Excellent location!!! Very short walk to train station to get to Venice a quick one stop away. Also a supermarket right around the corner for items too. A fabulous property that I will recommend highly to anyone planning on visiting Venice.

This hotel is super family friendly and has such a nice vibe to it! They have karaoke every Wednesday and they have other events like trivia nights! The lobby offers a lot of activities and space for meeting new people or hanging out with your travel party. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials for your stay. Would book again if I’m in Venice! They also offer free luggage storage which is so helpful!

Super convenient for family!

The bed bunks sheets didn’t fit. They never cleaned up the room.

Pleasantly surprised never stayed in a hostel before, arrived later than expected with tired children. Staff friendly and helpful. No parking which was a bit annoying but multi story at the end of the road which was an additional charge. Lady at breakfast was super friendly with the children. Great location for getting into Venice which we did the following day.

Great hostel. The staff was very friendly and the room and bathroom was perfectly fine for me. I had an issue where they gave me the wrong bed, but I went to the lobby and they solved it quickly. It has a pool table, a bar and a work section in the lobby as well as a big screen and a nice bar. Very close (4 min walk) to Mestre bus station, so it is very convenient. Absolutely great experience for me.
