Love this hotel! The amenities are fantastic and it’s close to everything Buellton has to offer. Solvang is a short drive. The food at the 805 brewery next door was amazing! Well worth it!

Breakfast was good. Check in was good. Heated pool was chilly but it was good on a 75F day and up. The hot tub was really hot for me but the hubby would've enjoyed it cept we had kiddos can't tolerate that kind of heat. We stayed here 4 nights and they didn't provide channing service at all during our stay. They asked us once only and we happened to be in the room, so we exchanged for more clean towels and garbage bags, but I was surprised they didn't "get to it" the other days we were not around. I wanted my bed made and the old towels out. We just compiled a few on the floor unfortunately and I didn't like that.

Check in process was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

Easy access to Solvang and surrounding areas.

The room was spacious and I liked the upgraded fixtures. I also enjoyed amenities such the Peloton bike and fire pits.

Tessa was the absolute worst …. I heard how she helped the person in front of me and I was dreading talking to her … her manner of speaking is not reflective of the Hilton standard… she is rude and condescending when speaking to people and I honestly felt bad for the person in front of me … she literally said that I was not prioritized and that they value their members more so they prioritize them first … and NEWSFLASH I am a member of Hilton honors but she couldn’t see that because I booked through Expedia where I got a better deal … after I mentioned it she didn’t know what to say but how rude to say to any guest that I was not important enough to be helped promptly… worst service I’ve ever received

We had planned a month in advance to visit this property over Labor Day weekend. We had troubles with flights on the first day of our plan arrival and ended up stuck in the airport for the first night that we were supposed to be at the hotel after being delayed several times. We ended up showing up to the hotel the next morning, only to find out that they had booked our reservation to somebody else, told us that they were at capacity and could not accommodate us and are now refusing to release the funds to us even though they booked with somebody else and got somebody else. After spending over $900 it is very unfortunate that a property with the name as big as this one is unwilling to make it right. Not only was my family put out after traveling for 24 hours to spend time with family , but we had to pay another huge fee to another hotel outside of the city has no other hotel rooms where available in that area. The front desk agent and manager were incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-understanding of our situation and now they are committing highway robbery. I would highly recommend avoiding this property, this chain entirely as they could care less about their customers, and customer service! Never again!
