We had planned a month in advance to visit this property over Labor Day weekend. We had troubles with flights on the first day of our plan arrival and ended up stuck in the airport for the first night that we were supposed to be at the hotel after being delayed several times. We ended up showing up to the hotel the next morning, only to find out that they had booked our reservation to somebody else, told us that they were at capacity and could not accommodate us and are now refusing to release the funds to us even though they booked with somebody else and got somebody else. After spending over $900 it is very unfortunate that a property with the name as big as this one is unwilling to make it right. Not only was my family put out after traveling for 24 hours to spend time with family , but we had to pay another huge fee to another hotel outside of the city has no other hotel rooms where available in that area. The front desk agent and manager were incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-understanding of our situation and now they are committing highway robbery. I would highly recommend avoiding this property, this chain entirely as they could care less about their customers, and customer service! Never again!

We stayed in the room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. This room had so much room and the 6 of us never felt crowded. The pool was larger than most hotels and the firepits were a nice touch. The brewery right next to the hotel had amazing food with so many choices (walking distance). The hot breakfast was really good and had different options each day (we were there for 3 nights). I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice facility, only problem we had was we had to wait 45 minutes after check in time,3:00pm for our room to be ready. We would stay there again.

Manger on duty- Tessa- the worst you can deal with, arrogant, self entitlement, doest listened to her supervisor, doesn't listen to the explanation of the customer she has her mind to do her job, worst customer service you can get from her, the general manager- Shawn was the best in term of customer service

I give only 4 in some areas, because I use the pool this time, and I must say that the cleanliness of it need to improve, as well as the restroom area, the room that we get it was ok, but the last time was much better, we usually get the third or second floor, this time we get the lower level, and to be honest I didn’t like it that much because of the noise that we had coming from the room on the top, but to be honest I think they do a good job with the service of the hotel.

The place is nice, clean, great outdoor patio and peaceful. Though the night we checked in there was a blackout. The front desk staff did handle the situation quite well though we waited for about 4 hours before everything was in order. Our room was on the second floor and we have a guest with disability. They were not able to accommodate us with a room on the first floor and the elevator was out of order. We were compensated for the trouble and all in all it wasn’t that bad of an experience. The only problem I thought was troublesome was the loud footsteps above us especially at night. Other than that it is a pleasant hotel to stay in and I would come back.
