The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and so was the pool area. Location was just right, quiet and located walking distance to the main square.

This hotel was a bit larger and nicer than my expectations. The room, however, was a little bit smaller and did not have some basic things such as a desk or microwave or any other amenities that hotels usually have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices for rides around the area were very expensive, especially to the airport, but overall, it is a nice hotel to stay in.

One of the better properties that I’ve ever stayed at throughout my very extensive travels! The grounds felt like you were walking into paradise! The staff went above and beyond. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Attention to so much detail. Highly recommended. Stay here if you’re visiting Granada!

This is an awesome Hotel, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It had a great updated vibe while still keeping with the Colonial history of the building. The beds were comfortable with great bedding and the air conditioner was very good!
The staff was amazing and the breakfast was hot and very good and enjoyed while sitting by the peaceful courtyard. The bar was an added bonus and had very good fajitas for a late snack or dinner with happy hour.
I am so happy that we found this place and would highly recommend!

Really nice property, we stayed here for three nights, it’s walking distance from “the action” which made it nice and quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and garden courtyard. We would stay here again.

I live in Leon and was crossing the border to Costa Rica to fly out on Friday morning with some friends. Granada is a great place to stay if you are willing to get up early (2 hours to border) This is a lovely economically priced hotel with a restaurant bar. A number of room options good internet, clean and perfect for a short or long stay..

Nice place, super clean but internet did not reach to my room. Suggest investing in a wifi range extender or stop claiming that guests will have wifi.

The hotel is beautiful and Gretchen was incredibly kind and welcoming for our stay. Our room was clean. The team helped us with safe parking for the night. And they even had prepared snacks and coffee for us since we needed to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Highly recommend this hotel. Also close to square and a Main Street with lots of bars and restaurants.

It's a beautiful place the lady at the front spoke perfect English. Very friendly helpful people with air conditioning it's built like Spain 100 years ago.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious with lots of shelves and hooks. Location was perfect, everything was a short walk away. The only thing I would prefer is to make the entire hotel non smoking.

Loved our stay here and it was an absolute bonus that our money is for a good cause. Rooms were great, pool was a perfect temperature and much needed after a day walking around the town. Location was only a couple blocks from the cathedral. We would have stayed in their León hotel had is one we yet.... another couple of years though apparently!

There’s a great little happy hour at the bar with good drinks and service to match. The bedrooms are basic but have everything you need including AC. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We took several of the tours they coordinated and all were excellent. Breakfast was far better than most hotels.
