Friendly staff, especially at cafeteria good breakfast. Receptionist are also good. Our room need carpet to be
scrub shampoo. Overall good experience. Suggestions for
Embassy Suites in Kapolei, they need to do better spacing on parking lot. For $ 35/day not sufficient for SUV, VANS and Trucks.

A fabulous stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast.
The pool area needed to be maintained better by keeping it swept of plant debris and the trash picked.

Embassy Suites was amazing. It’s newer, clean and tastefully decorated. We had a one bedroom room with king bed and pull out sofa. Loved that it had a tiny sink and counter by the fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area and hot tub were beautiful. The hot tub was hot which seems to rarely be the case these days. But I would stay here alone just for the breakfast! Amazing each day. We had made to order omelettes that were fabulous! Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt bar, other meat and potatoes and scrambled eggs, pineapple juice and pog, some days were waffles or French toast. It was absolutely incredible.They also have snacks and free drinks from 5:30-7:30 every day. The location is close to grocery stores and eateries. I will definitely stay here again when coming back to Oahu. Love the Kapolei area too.

There fire alarm kept going off, we were evacuated out of our rooms 4 times in one night at 10::00pm

We had an awesome stay. Front desk always helpful and the breakfast crew was top notch! Especially Jade! She always said good morning and asked us about our day.

Our stay was great. We liked the options of two different places to eat. Shortly after we got here we received a phone call that someone had hit our rental car. The staff member called us immediately and was incredibly helpful and professional. We are both glad we stayed at this property.

It is rare to find people taking their jobs seriously. Every single employee that I encountered at Embassy Suites Kapolei was doing a fantastic job of customer service. Every single employee was showing true dedication. This is so rare nowadays, but it was greatly appreciated at this location. The breakfast was top notch too, and above other locations or any other hotel that offers this service.

Spent one week with my family at this hotel. Nice convenient breakfast. Kids (3 high school girls) liked the swimming pool although the hot tub was very busy in the evenings. Easy highway access to North Shore and Waikiki. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby including a Costco and Foodlands. Kids liked the short walk to the Starbucks and Japanese style 7/11 for snacks and coffee. We would definitely come again!

I arrived about an hour and a half before check in on Friday, July 19th not knowing about the global software outage. The front desk representative explained the situation on their systems being down due to the global outage. I totally understood the situation due to the exact experience that I face as an agent in the car rental business at the airport. The representative explaind that I should come back later. I left and came back at 3pm, check in time, only to be told that the systems are still down and she wont be able assign me a room yet. She then explained that she had to service the 1 day guest first. I was confused as to why she would put anyone that has 2+days stay last. I explaind that my friend and I had a party to go to at 5pm and we needed to shower and get ready. She offered us to use the gym shower and that she could store our bags for us

Convenient for our family vacation. Breakfast was the best to get our day started. Every place we took our grandchildren was an hour or less to travel to. We love that the amenities was available plus the kids loved the pool too👍😎

Very nice area. Lot's of transportation options. Liked the responsiveness of the staff. Morning breakfast was excellent. Morning newspaper was great. One issue was that I was told this morning that my flight may be cancelled, because of the Microsoft virus. Not something to wake up too. Checked with airline, and flight was cancelled. They should have checked for updates, instead of scaring people have to death.

The receptionists were fantastic and welcomed you with a smile every time you walked by. The breakfast was excellent and there were many choices. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Clean rooms, all amenities available. Would definitely stay here again.

I love the breakfast, it was so delicious! Kudos to the staff who was so pleasant. I believe the hotel needs better vacuums due to still having sand in my room when i checked in.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The included breakfast was wonderful. The pool area is beautiful. The only issue I had with the room were the beds. They weren't the worst I've slept on, but they weren't great either. You also can't easily access both sides of the bed. My side was next to the window and I had to climb into bed from the foot of the bed. Other than that our stay was wonderful. We appreciated not being in the heart of Honolulu and Waikiki, but there was easy access to it with a rental car.

This property is beautiful and clean. It was close to our family, which was the reason for our visit. The staff are what makes this hotel wonderful. They consistently went out of their way to be helpful.

My spouse and I came for a wedding and the pictures we saw were not really how the place looked in person. To top it off we had no water for a few hours after getting back sweaty and nasty so we had to wait till the next morning to shower. It was an inconvenience. We were also charged for parking after everything we spent on booking the place in which was another $35 a day we stood for almost a week. As most may or may not know Hawaii is very expensive.

It’s average but I believe well overpriced. The pool is beautiful in the picture but actually it’s a small baby pool and I was very disappointed. There were some questionable ppl sitting in our hallway that I was going to report but they left in 30 min. Best part of stay was breakfast. Good hotel to put workers up but well overpriced. This would not be my first choice to stay.

Property is clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience but it was disappointing not to have certain amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes especially for the price we paid.
