The hotel is overpriced for what it is. Dirty handprints on the walls and stains on the carpet were the low lights, but the breakfast buffet with omelette bar was wonderful! Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful.

The stay overall was good. I didn't realize that the area of town wasn't great but just one block over was a grassy field that had tons of trash in it (one person had left a toilet in the field, to give you an idea). Because of this, I wasn't comfortable walking around at night, though I didn't see anything directly that made me feel unsafe. Also, there isn't much around in terms of restaurants or other things to do in Kapolei itself, though it is reasonably well located to get to things either in Honolulu or on the North Shore. If I were to repeat the trip I would choose a location on the North Shore.

I was very impressed with the room size and amenities. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. If I come to this side of the island again, I will rebook this location.

Embassy Suites in Kapolei, they need to do better spacing on parking lot. For $ 35/day not sufficient for SUV, VANS and Trucks.

A fabulous stay. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast.
The pool area needed to be maintained better by keeping it swept of plant debris and the trash picked.

Embassy Suites was amazing. It’s newer, clean and tastefully decorated. We had a one bedroom room with king bed and pull out sofa. Loved that it had a tiny sink and counter by the fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area and hot tub were beautiful. The hot tub was hot which seems to rarely be the case these days. But I would stay here alone just for the breakfast! Amazing each day. We had made to order omelettes that were fabulous! Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt bar, other meat and potatoes and scrambled eggs, pineapple juice and pog, some days were waffles or French toast. It was absolutely incredible.They also have snacks and free drinks from 5:30-7:30 every day. The location is close to grocery stores and eateries. I will definitely stay here again when coming back to Oahu. Love the Kapolei area too.

There fire alarm kept going off, we were evacuated out of our rooms 4 times in one night at 10::00pm

We’ve started here for our family vacation for four years in a row ! The daily breakfast is something we all look forward to and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning on the future.

Our stay was great. We liked the options of two different places to eat. Shortly after we got here we received a phone call that someone had hit our rental car. The staff member called us immediately and was incredibly helpful and professional. We are both glad we stayed at this property.

Staff should remind customers at check-in that tap won't work for large amounts, and to insert chip instead. The floor cleaning in the unit could be improved, I found scraps of debris that was carried in from previous cleaning. The Japanese restaurant food was good, but the service varied widely from night to night.

It is rare to find people taking their jobs seriously. Every single employee that I encountered at Embassy Suites Kapolei was doing a fantastic job of customer service. Every single employee was showing true dedication. This is so rare nowadays, but it was greatly appreciated at this location. The breakfast was top notch too, and above other locations or any other hotel that offers this service.

Hotel and grounds are well kept. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are very attentive. I wish they offer a room with kitchen or bigger refrigerator. Parking fee is too much considering they have a big parking space.

The room was not as clean as expected . Laundry room as convenient as it is very dirty machines and overall laundry room…. Breakfast was good and good service..,needs improvement on the cleaning department….

I was really disappointed that I couldn’t add my Hilton Honors# for my stay. I’ve stayed here before and they did. The price for parking increased, they now have a charge for a pool towel card if not returned. I referred 3 other parties here for a wedding, I won’t be doing that in the future. The Japanese restaurant was very good.

This is amazing plate to stay, 30 minutes max away from principal places, a. Loto of restaurant and beaches 15 minutes around, Parking is good, but is really expensive 35 dollars per day

Amazing! The breakfast was huge with so many great options. It is a great choice for fun in the sun with families or friends!!! This place knows how to treat its guests. I really enjoyed the nightly social hour in the bar, it was a great in between to relax from a busy day then head out to enjoy sights at night.
Great food from both on site restauraunts with fabulous & friendly staff and GREAT DRINKS! The best Bees Knees I have had in long time, replaced my mimosas this trip!!

The best part of this suite is the free breakfast and the great hospitality of the staff. Located within 30-40 minutes away from the airport, this hotel is quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and most of all we loved loved loved the breakfast every morning. Highly recommended.

The area is super nice at Kapolei, the room, gym and breakfast were the best. The food at room service not that good and expensive. The area is super convenient due to lots of restaurants options.

My stay with my family of 5 at Embassy Suites (Kapolei, HI) was our best stay in a hotel - period.
Throughout our stay any request we made was handled promptly - there were no hidden fees or charges. There were several complimentary items - breakfast, drinks, pool/beach towels *we almost missed the opportunity to utilize them because we kept so busy. We not only enjoyed our stay but now have a new standard baseline for hotels/lodging thanks to the experience.

Spent one week with my family at this hotel. Nice convenient breakfast. Kids (3 high school girls) liked the swimming pool although the hot tub was very busy in the evenings. Easy highway access to North Shore and Waikiki. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby including a Costco and Foodlands. Kids liked the short walk to the Starbucks and Japanese style 7/11 for snacks and coffee. We would definitely come again!

I arrived about an hour and a half before check in on Friday, July 19th not knowing about the global software outage. The front desk representative explained the situation on their systems being down due to the global outage. I totally understood the situation due to the exact experience that I face as an agent in the car rental business at the airport. The representative explaind that I should come back later. I left and came back at 3pm, check in time, only to be told that the systems are still down and she wont be able assign me a room yet. She then explained that she had to service the 1 day guest first. I was confused as to why she would put anyone that has 2+days stay last. I explaind that my friend and I had a party to go to at 5pm and we needed to shower and get ready. She offered us to use the gym shower and that she could store our bags for us
