This hotel is located next to a mall and a grocery store so great access to shopping and decently priced food. The staff was great- friendly and caring- and the free breakfast and parking was super nice as well.
When we arrived, it looked like the room hadn't been dusted in a while- just a little dirty on the counters and the room had a sour smell. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty as well, but housekeeping remedied that quickly. I tried to use the business center right before leaving. I needed to print something last minute, but only one of the computers allowed for printing. Someone was printing and was nowhere near finished. I had to go as I was pressed for time. Not a big deal, but it might be helpful to have both computers hooked up to the printer.

Everything was great during our stay. The gym was clean, the free breakfast had good options, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily (even though their policy says every other day).
The parking filled up in the evenings and sometimes it was difficult to find a spot.

The hotel room and the overall hotel were clean and well maintained throughout. The availability of breakfast was great. I really liked the common area where after hours I could eat and work from my laptop.
The first two days the breakfast was great. The last day the scrambled eggs were too wet and the bacon was flabby. Lap top/phone power outlets on the large counter would be helpful. The shower was pretty beat up.

Room was clean and well stocked and had plenty of eating and entertainment choices because of its location next to KaMakana Mall.
Humidity in the room was horrible (72-80%), which made room smell of mold and mildew. Food was bad. Bacon, eggs, sausage, tasted really bad. Bagels were there some days but not others.

The cost and convenience were definitely strong points. No resort or parking fees made it a good value. The front desk staff were helpful and professional. There were several restaurants at various price points nearby too.
The parking spaces were somewhat small and parking enforcement seemed lax.

My bed and room were comfortable.. quiet. I had a view of the center of the mall next door. Conveniently located is a grocery store within walking distance.
Dinning area gets crowded fast. Not enough seating... many took food to their rooms.
Maybe get rid of the big hightop table in the middle of the room and replace with smaller tables.

Very accommodating and staff and very clean property.
Rooms are small and basic. Not much space for clothing (drawers/dressers). We stayed in the room to eat but not much of a dining area. Trash bins were small.

My hubby said there wasn't any bacon for breakfast, lol.. for me the option for breakfast was ok.
