The staff were great especially Jolina. She was very patient, answered all our questions and provided lots of valuable information to us; The hotel is a five minute walk to the centre and very convenient; the breakfast was deliciious with plenty of options; Our room was huge, clean and very comfy. Highly recommend

Good hotel for a short stay. When we arrived there was no parking place available anymore. The staff couldn’t help us to locate any nearby EV charging place.
The breakfast cost 25€, but there is a bakery with very nice sandwiches next door.

Hotel is close to Little Venice and historic center. Rooms need a renovation. Bathroom was old and very small. Also, it was noisy as we could hear other guests using water and flushing the toilet. Overall, ok accommodation but out-dated.

The room was very small. We couldn’t even put a suitcase down and had to keep it upright. When asked to move to a bigger room they couldn’t do it. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was great. Close to old town. Parking was great. It was indoor and secure.

Rooms are unusually small, parking needs to be pre-booked. The advertisement did not say that.

The room was tiny. The bed almost completely filled the room and was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, almost as hard as a bare floor. The bathroom was laid out in such a way that the toilet was right up against the shower making it difficult to sit on the toilet because my knees hit the shower door. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient. If they have larger rooms, take them because the economy room is not comfortable at all.

Just outside old town and easily to walk the 5 mins into the busy old town. Great staff and fantastic facilities. Highly recommended. Good value.

Lovely experience - reception staff friendly, great communicators, helpful, efficient. Garage parking terrific - easy to manage and securely gated. Great location - easy walk to La Petite Venice.

Great stay… it is very close to the old town of colmar … just 7 minutes away from the petit Venice bridge. However if you are planning to park at the hotel, you need to make reservation with the hotel in advance.

Room was bit disappointing. No curtains, just thin blinds, so room bright after sunrise. I had ordered the standard room,not the budget room, but it was still quite small

The hotel is close in to the city center of Colmar. It's a nice remodeled property with a nice breakfast and a great sitting area near the bar. However, the blinds in my room were terrible and lights from the street on the 3rd floor, were very annoying, especially when they reflected in the mirrors in the room. My room was #304. You need to improve the blinds, or add curtains. I had a very terrible nights sleep. Everything else was quite nice at the property.

I loved that it was so near La Petite Venice and the Marché Couvert. The Museums are a bit further away, but still walkable. The only problem was getting any kind of taxi service, which is not the hotel’s fault. The taxis won’t take passengers for what they consider to be “short” distances (meaning not as large fares as they would like). For older travelers or those with limited mobility, this is a real problem. The hotel itself was quite lovely with a very nice breakfast. The room I had was a bit smaller than expected, but very well appointed and modern, with a comfortable bed. I had a pleasant stay here.

Great location. Average hotel, not many amenities. Phone does not dial reception. Walls are very thin, we had very loud neighbors that returned to their room very late and woke us up with their laughter and talking. Breakfast was nice but would be better if included in the rate. Staff was amazing, kind and attentive.

Hotel is located close to Colmar's petite Venice, and only about 10 minutes walk from the train station, no vehicle needed to get around. Staff was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Excellent hotel located close to Colmar. Bed was a little to firm for my liking. Always had to ask for milk for coffee or tea in our room. Which they happily supplied.

Busy hotel but attention from the staff was excellent. Check in and check out was efficient and pleasant.
Room was comfortable. Hotel parking was easy and safe. Colmar and its sights were a very easy walk from the hotel.

Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained, easily accessible parking, rooms are bright and cheerful. A/C in first room did not work. Staff moved us without question to another, smaller, room but did not offer a discount. Would go back.

The small double room is quite small indeed. Room and neighborhood is quiet and safe, very close to the sites in the old town. Front desk staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Buffet breakfast was ample and, given rising prices, relatively good value; but a bakery and the Market are good alternatives nearby.

My family really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Turenne. Very clean, modern and spacious hotel in a very convenient yet quiet location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
