Very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and super close to Soldier Field. Will be our go to spot for staying downtown for Bears games.

Hotel is on a quiet street. It is next to an arena though. CTA is a good option. There is a bus stop within 1/2 a block. There are subway lines towards Chinatown, totally walkable options.

The staff were incredible within the hotel, very helpful and upbeat. The parking garage staff, weren't as helpful. but overall we loved the hotel, it's location, and the staff. I would book again.

All the employees I encountered were super helpful. The room was nice and clean, with a great view of Lake Michigan.

Parking was a challenge and getting into the actual hotel wasn’t the easiest at first, because of the combination of buildings and the parking garage. We also ended up paying for parking both days because we were told two different things by two different staff. We were charged $15 for use of Wi-Fi despite being members.

The Marriot Marquis Chicago had one of the best view ever of the city

Despite have a confirmed reservation, verified by a phone call the day before check in, the desk still could not find the reservation. Valet parking was also not an option despite three employees "working" valet. Found a hair tie on the floor of room and stains on doors.

This place is nice, but it is kind of misleading in the info it gives you about parking and wifi. Additionally, they tried to charge for food we didn’t order and there was dog poop on the floor in the hotel near the walkway to the parking garage.

Great stay near the convention center and Soldier Field. Spent 3 nights and 4 days here during Lollapalooza, four of us fit nicely into a spacious-enough room with two queen beds. Incredible view north towards downtown. The mattresses were dreamy and the A/C worked great. Any staff member we encountered were friendly, helpful, and prompt. CTA bus stop right out front for easy access. Would definitely stay here again!

The building was beautiful. We needed some extra towels and we were not able to get ahold of the front desk for hours.

They cancelled my reservation for no reason, keep blaming it on Expedia even though Expedia still had the reservation as active, wouldn’t give the room I paid for and refuse to refund me the almost $1000 I spent. They left me stranded in Chicago with no where to stay and the front desk was unbelievably rude to me. I will never ever give them my business ever again and I encourage everyone else to be weary so you don’t lose out like I did.

From the beginning with check in with Keith to a fabulous corner room with an exceptional view to the awesome guys at the bell desk to check out! Exceptional service! Highly recommended. No pool.
