I guess considering the cost of this motel, I should not have expected much more. Bathroom was a bit dirty, probably things that get overlooked by the average cleaning person like the vent fan and behind the door. Bedding wasn't bad. The walls between the rooms must be exceptionally thin because I could hear everything the couple next door was doing at 12:30 a.m. and again at 7:00 a.m.

Gun shop across the street and then rifle shots at night - very close.

Good clean place to break drive to Boston off main highway. A good pub/restaurant open for a late dinner just a minute up the road. Room and bed big, therrne was a desk and coffee maker in room so I could work and staff kindly printed out needed pages for me. No thrills, no frills, but a restful night

The room smelled like a bottle of Febreeze had exploded. Given my many allergies I almost had to sleep in my car!

If you’re looking for a clean, cheaper option then spending the night in Plymouth, this is a great option. Nice clean remodeled rooms. AC works great and comfy beds for sleeping. A little road noise and some bugs on the outside near your door. No breakfast.

The room smelled of mold

… smelled. Place was damp, carpet felt ‘soggy’, and the stench of urine overwhelmed the bathroom. I’ve been in cleaner motels.

Well-kept

The room smelled horrible. Fortunately we were able to get another room that was much better. The staff responded immediately to the problem and we were satisfied with the condition of the new room. It wasn’t great but it was bearable for the short amount of time we needed the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

When we first walked into our room, it smelled very musty!!! During the night I got bug bites all over!!! STILL ITCHING DAYS LATER!!!

We stayed three nights and were pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of this motel. Located just off the freeway, we were within an hour of Cape Cod, Newport, RI, and Plymouth, MA. The wi-fi was reliable and fast. The property was older but kept in very good condition. The walk-in shower, refrigerator, and microwave were nice bonuses. There are two buildings, one further from the road and that one might be quieter but we did not hear a lot of road noise in the front building. There are a couple of good restaurants just a short distance up the road as well as a grocery store.
