Basic hotel close to the airport if you only need to sleep.

Stayed one night upon arriving at the airport following a recommendation from a friend. Seamless pick up following communication. Quick check-in. Decent breakfast after a swim in the pool.

It was truly perfect hotel to rest. I booked due to the late flight time, and it was really good choice!! Me and my husband were satisfied to stay here. And we've been provided complimentary sending airport service even we didn't booked👍

Comfy beds, great breakfast, beautiful pool and terrace. The free transfer worked like a charm and the staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect for the night before leaving from or after arriving at Phuket airport.

I could not fault this hotel. Exceptional for the price. Clean, tidy and modern. A must stay for anyone who wants a hotel close to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, always on their toes. No problem with the Hotel, particularly, but to develop tourism, the government should encourage Staff should now few international languages for Comfert of BEST as well as host, though they all were trying their best.

This is very nice option to spent one/two nights after a long flight or before your journey, when you want to beat the traffic and not get stuck on the way to or from your final destination. 7/11 shop is couple of hundred meters away. Roof top nice swimming pool and descent size rooms. Breakfast is good and free shuttle to Airport is what you need.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for with a night close to the airport with good facilities. The only area that was a struggle was communication with the hotel beforehand was very slow and left us worried we wouldn’t be able to get the airport pick up. It all worked out fine in the end though

All the facilities were normal. The pool was pretty good.

It was convenient place to stay. Clean quiet and nice pool with bar.

Terrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel was that they had the booking ready and did not take long to check-in. The staff at the pool was a friendly and helpful. The pool at the roof top was relaxing. We could not get a second key for the room. The front desk clerk said they are fully booked. I tried to book another room through Hotels.com and to my surprise there were 3-4 other room types i could book. The loft going up the stairs to the second bed is not comfortable at all. I hit my shins going up and down the steep stairs. If your not 5ft and under, you will hit your head on the ceiling. At night i went down to the front desk to ask for another roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff said he does not have the key to supplies closet. If you are the only staff working at night, then you should have access to whatever hotel guests need.

My husband and I enjoyed our short but lovely stay. The hotel is clean, staff members are kind and very helpful. The airport is literally 5 minute walk and give you plenty of time to get ready. But since we have a bunch of luggage, the staff was kindly enough to give us a free ride to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooftop pool area is small. Breakfast should not be there, they have an outdoor area that is unadvertised and would be perfect if weatherproofed. The WiFi is horrible. The sockets in the room can't keep an adapter plugged in. The floors everywhere need cleaning. .

Very rude staff, and very unfriendly and unlike other Thai service, from reception, shuttle bus driver, breakfast staff (one driver is very nice tho and cleaning ladies as well)

It was ok for a quick overnight stay. I felt like I was back in a college dorm. Limited food options even though they have a full menu. Pool area is small so secure your spot early. Staff was not as friendly as other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area.

Great hotel near the airport, highly recommend

Spacious room with small fridge and a few bowls with cutlery. Lovely upstairs pool area. Restaurant food a little overpriced and not particularly good.

I liked that the property was clean, cheap and close to the airport. Area was not great, but like I said close to the airport which was good.

Great hotel near the airport. We stood here due to our plane arriving late. Pool view, room and buffet are great. Staff are very helpful, would definitely recommend.
