The room was clean, everything functioned well and the staff was courteous. Room service was provided daily and did a great job. The rate included a free breakfast, for which the Abram Inn provides a voucher for the choice of four options at a local Mexican food restaurant, one of which is a fried ham and cheese sandwich. We went one time, but for the remainder of our stay made our own breakfast arrangements. My only suggestion to the Abram Inn is to change your breakfast deal. Being a fan of Mexican food, that restaurant is horrible. When you arrive, they ask if you have a "coupon" and when you tell them yes, they treat you very differently than a "paying" customer. I watched it happen more than once. And, more importantly, the food was not worth the price...

The check in process was very quick, and the gentleman provided a great recommendation for dinner.
The only reason this is not 4 stars was due to the sign in the room that made it very clear the check out time was 10am. Staying later would result in additional charges. When I went to check out, the office was not open, and I was told to put my key in a box. It seems odd to have a large print sign stating the check out time in the rooms if this is not really being enforced.

We enjoyed our one night stay here to explore the town of Ouray. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a nice porch out front to sit on in the evening. There is also a gazebo in front of the hotel with nice views for guests to sit at. The location is perfect, right on Main Street, convenient for walking everywhere. And the breakfast at the nearby Mexican restaurant was very good, too.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Everything was nice quality, including bathroom towels and complimentary shampoo/lotion. Hotel was close to the Jeep trails and walkable to restaurants/shops. Will definitely stay here again when we come to town.

Overpriced for a basic room. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom floor is slanted. Breakfast is at a completely different property in town with limited menu and tiny portion sizes.

The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were excellent and quick to help with whatever we needed. The on-site laundry was convenient and fast. Parking was directly out our door. The place was conveniently locsted and an easy walk to everything in town.

Breakfast came in the form of vouchers to the Mexican restaurant, with a 4 choice menu..after 2 days we were done with that...several other places for breakfast in town. Would definitely stay here again.

This motel was one of the favorite stays on our family vacation! The suite was clean and the beds & pillows were comfortable. We appreciated the offsite free breakfast at Mi Mexico. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a pleasant surprise! Owner called us day of check in asking about when we would be arriving and to be sure we were able to handle stairs. She was very pleasant. Room was WONDERFUL...we had king size bed and it was very comfortable after a long day. Room was very clean!! It was locacted right on Main Street and we were able to walk to local shops and restaurants with no trouble. Will stay here again!!

The hotel stay was fairly average. The room was clean and adequately furnished, though a bit dated in terms of decor. The amenities provided were basic but functional. The staff were polite and helpful, although service could have been more prompt. The location was convenient, and the hotel was pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was served at an independent restaurant nearby and was limited to certain choices, which was somewhat restrictive. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, neither particularly impressive nor disappointing.

This property is new and clean. It’s a walking distance to the main restaurants and shopping in Ouray. Parking is easy and included with our stay. It’s a short drive to Ouray main attractions like the million dollar hwy, cascade falls and box canyon. The room has air conditioning which is a plus. I will recommend this hotel. If given a chance to be back in Ouray I will definitely stay here.

The only complaint we had was the cost. I would advise you book directly and not use Expedia. Cost was $100 higher per night and was charged more for children

We booked this hotel at the last minute as we were driving through the area. The hotel was very relaxing with plenty of sitting areas and very well-maintained. We wish we were able to stay longer as this was a great hotel choice!

Quaint inn where we were greeted with a friendly and professional staff in a very nice office. Free sit down breakfast included at a nearby restaurant which was a nice surprise! We were able to get a king suite with two separate bedrooms-a must have for my husband and me travelling with my mom and stepdad. Would definitely stay again

Great suite! My kids loved having their own beds. King bed for me was definitely older due to the very distinct body divots on either side. Room was very clean! Hot water was a little less hot during peak usage times. Location was perfect with great parking options! Will definitely recommend!

The room we stayed in was quite nice. It is a standard room like you would expect to find in a major hotel chain. Quite comfortable. It’s right on the main street with all the attractions in Ouray. The only rather interesting aspect was that the free morning breakfast was at a Mexican restaurant three blocks away. It had nice omelettes and the food was good. We enjoyed the experience.
