Very good service and good for 1 night stay!

The room was clean and quiet.
During the stay, I didn't hear noise from other room and aisle.
Definitely, it was comfortable nights.

Smooth checkin. Buffet breakfast was marvellous. Room small and layout wasn't great, but we made do. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Biggest complaint was the hopeless flat pillows.

It was a very nice and comfy stay. Staff were all polite and helpful even to me who didn’t speak any Japanese. It’s basically right next to Sendai Station and it all comes together perfectly. Big time recommend.

Very comfortable place. Decent price. Small rooms like all Japanese business hotels, but still comfortable.

Communication was difficult. Not much English. The staff couldn’t cancel a reservation at the hotel. I had to do it myself online.

Super helpful staff and very service oriented! The room was spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is very close to both the station and the shopping street. Highly recommended!

Hotel is dated but staff is amazing. Location is great as it is walking distance from Sendai station, even with big luggages.

Although it was a bit of a walk from the station, the hotel staff were kind and courteous.
The room seemed old, but I had no problems and was able to stay calm.
The breakfast had a wide variety and the coffee was delicious.
I would like to use it again next time.

Very convenient location. Family mart around the corner, excellent tsukemen shop next to that. close to the station too! friendly staff, very clean as well.

The breakfast is good exceptional. It's close to the station. It's probably the best option in Sendai for two beds in a non-smoking room. Can service is easy, but we mostly walked. Friendly for English speaking visitors. Just stay here if you have a reason to be in Sendai proper.

I was born and raised in Sendai. I stayed with this Hotel already 3times. All staff makes us very comfortable & welcome. Its pretty clean everywhere. And very convenient for shopping and walk to Sendai station.

Only 2 points were not uncomfortable.
The power of dryer is too weak.
The pillow is too soft for me. I wanted to choose type of pillow.

Within walking distance of Sendai station which makes it a great base to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice for the price. It even had a heated toilet seat. I would stay here again.

a comfortable stay. looks old outside but perfectly modern inside where it matters. we were allowed to check in early since the room was ready. it's next to a hospital but no ambulance sirens bothered us at night. there's a free observatory just next door (SS30 building). convenient location to JR station and food options.

Staff was extremely helpful and the parking was the best setup I have used in Sendai so far.

The room itself was decent size and seemed nice enough. There was a pair of dried out contact lenses on the headboard behind one of the beds.
The drains weren't working well so there was some standing water in the shower and the toilet did not flush well.
The room was also quite warm and the air did not really seem to be working.

Building maintenance were very average and dated. The room was warm and air was stale due to central air conditioning. Hotel staff advised us to open the window to ventile our room and keep the temperature cooler. The rooms were also small with no space to unpack. The coat wardrobe & toilet was tiny too.

The hotel is a few minute's walk from the JR station and close to all the major shops and restaurants.
The staff were always ready to help with even the smallest problem (making sure we had an umbrella when it was raining as we left for breakfast for example!).

Love this place, we ordered a king size bed and the room is spacious. Price is reasonable, would love to go back
