This hotel is amazing. Anytime we come to Moses Lake we don't even question where we are going to stay. The breakfast and eating area is always great, the gym is amazing and the staff is always there to help.

Listing did not indicate the pool was under renovation. Extremely disappointed to find the pool unusable, as we're travelling with a child and picked this property based on its indoor pool.

Popped in here on our road trip and it was comfortable, clean, and just what we needed. Comfortable bed, cozy atmosphere in the room and common areas, and staff were so friendly.

Close to the freeway but not noisy. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk clerk was happy and helpful at 11:00 pm. 9.5/10. I’d stay again.

The TV in our room did not work, the staff said they had been having issues with it (why wasn’t it replaced or fixed?) we were not given the option for a different room.

Room is quiet. The bed is comfortable. We have a good sleeping. Parking is very convenient and plenty of spaces. There are quite some food options close by in walking distance. Besides, it takes less than 10 minutes by driving to places having more food options, including sushi, etc.

Property is fine. What you would expect for a chain hotel. Disappointed that Expedia and their website showed two electric charging stations, which is the reason we chose this hotel. Both were broken upon arrival.

I like the lobby and the breakfast and the room is nice. Cons: no freezer for my cooler's ice packs and I stubbed my toe on the lip between the bathroom and the rest of the room.

Thank you for making my Granddaughters so happy. It was their first experience of a hotel stay at 3 and 8 years old. They thought they were living in luxury. We all had a great time swimming also.thank you.

Stay was good. One suggestion though. Shower (tub floor) was extremely slippery. I fell backwards, slamming my head against the wall of the shower and my shoulder & elbow against the floor of the tub. Luckily, no broken bones or shower. Lots of bruising though. Might I suggest rubber shower mats that guests can lay in their tub before stepping in?
