Friendly and comfortable

Easy access & parking, close to PIT airport. Very clean, safe surroundings; the rooms are modern, comfortable, and price comparable for the location.

The staff were wonderful. The rooms weren’t the greatest regarding its upkeep, but nonetheless your standard hotel experience.

Arrived at the hotel only to find out they overbooked and did not have a room available. Made reservations two weeks earlier. Same thing happened to a gentleman in line with me. The staff arranged another hotel stay, but was not friendly about the whole situation, seemed to be a big inconvenience to them.

Location and shuttle service excellent for early morning flight. Bathroom door was hard to open and close.

Big problem was their computer systems went down making check in and purchases difficult. The suite we had did not have a door between the bedroom and living area. The decorating was strange. Never seen carpet like this and the window shade looked like something out of a horror movie. See photos! No free breakfast or car chargers.

Only downfall was no Free complimentary breakfast. $8 pp for cereal and muffins. Other than that everything was clean perfect and nice!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton garden inn. We stayed at another Hilton property on our travels. That was much nicer. I am a Hilton rewards member and usually get a bag of check-in. At the first Hilton we stayed in. We got a check-in bag for me and it for our dog that was with us. At this hotel. They gave us nothing. The staff wasn't always sure what was going on but it was a great stay and a beautiful hotel.

The facility is clean and modern. Good gym and pool. Pamela, the bartender, was wonderful.

Property was quiet and well taken care of.

Staff very thorough and friendly. Room was on the dirty side. The fan or something on the mini split was making a strange annoying noise

We checked in at the front desk at 630 pm. We received our key cards with our room number. We then left the building to attend an event. Upon returning to the hotel we found our keys didnt work. We then went to the front desk. The employee tried our keys in the door which of course didnt work. She proceeded to open the door with her own key. Our room was found to already be occupied. She told me to down load the Hilton app and check our reservations that way because she couldnt access them on her computer which she stated had not been working since she started at 11 pm. I showed her the comfirmation of our reservation and she checked a print out that showed we indeed had the right room. She stated that whoever checked us in must not have checked us in fully and therefore reassigned our room to someone else. She said she couldnt assign us to a new room because the computers are still down (at 3:15 am) and proceeded to tell us she will refund our money but couldnt give us a room because she had no way of seeing which rooms were available. Unfortunately we couldnt go to another hotel because we had pre-arranged for transportation from the hotel to the airport.
