Dan at the front desk was Awesome, I had had a terrible day and he was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was good and lots of choices. The room was nice and clean, BUT-the carpet was VERY dirty and stained 😕 in my room.

I am very, very comfortable sweet in a lovely hotel. Safe neighborhood. Professional staff. A wonderful day. We look forward to returning.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking for car while traveling and shuttle to and from airport is super convenient.

They did not give us the room that we reserved and paid for. Should have had a double, 2 queen beds and got a king with a roll in cot. Our shower did not drain and it took them a long time to even find us a plunger! Husband fixed the problem! Could also see the piles of garbage outside when eating breakfast. Watched the breakfast crew interact with guests rather than wipe down tables (that sorely needed it). For the money, this should have been a much more pleasurable experience!

I notified the front desk and the general manager of the conditions and they were very kind and apologetic. They were honest and agreed that the hotel needs to be updated. We, unfortunately ,were not the only customers to complain about our room. We were respectful in the feedback we gave the employees and they were respectful in how they responded and treated us. However, this hotel badly needs new furnishings and carpets.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was huge, bed was comfy, great relaxing shower! The mini kitchen was so convenient for our family! Location was awesome to everything local needed just outside of Pittsburgh. Pool was perfectly warm for my toddler! place is insanely clean and great staff. Will definitely be booking my next trip to stay here!

Clean, safe location, suite with kitchen large enough for family of 5, easy access to downtown Pittsburgh

The breakfast was terrible the only hot items they had was eggs and sausage gravy. They didn’t even have biscuits for the gravy. The pool was dirty and someone yelled all morning both mornings I stayed. And there was kids running around the third floor all day so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. And I most definitely won’t be back

Location was convenient for a stay just outside of PIttsburgh - it was easy to get in & out of the city. We checked in the day of the global Microsoft outage, and the hotel faced some challenges with overbooking but managed it well. One thing I was surprised about, and did not see it noted anywhere, is that the pool is used for swimming lessons. It was not available to hotel guests on the Saturday morning of our stay. I would have had disappointed kids, if I had been counting on a swim prior to check out. Overall, a good stay for our family of 5.
