It was horrible! Front desk NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! They told me I would NOT be able to book another stay BECAUSE SOMEONE NEEDED THE ROOM DUE TO THEM BEING BOOKED! This is not a hospital! I shouldn't have to leave because I call (now they finally answer) downstairs in the morning to let them know I'm staying due to housekeeping knocking on the door. It was like playing 'Tag' you're it! I called, so I get the Grand Prize of leaving! I didn't know this Hotel is also used as a boarding house/shelter. It is very loud, dogs, people late at night in the parking lot. Seems like Blk people are always on the 3rd or 4th fl. I gave them a couple chances. Same thing! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Well, this property is not well maintained. Even nothing special to mentioned other than that the quilt and bedsheet was habing some kind of odor which was not pleasant at all. As we entered in the room, there was a stink. The toilet was not working properly due to which we have to change the room. Overall, it was just bed to sleep.

I was having lot of noise from highway 287 and requested to change my room to opposite side. The front desk person John was so rude, he gave me I can check out. When I asked for manager, he said he was the manager and he told me that I can go and talk to anyone, he said my name is John, couple of times.

People were running on the floor above until 11pm; on the first floor, people were screaming and yelling late in the night.

Not a good experience for me I ended up leaving a day early still waiting on my refund the shower was dirty they need new shower heads for sure there is black mold growing on the sides… walking in I had to walk thru a cloud of weed smoke . Getting off the elevator the employees were dumping there personal business loudly out on display… it was just ratchet…

i normally submit the review if i am very disappointed or very happy.. unfortunately this is the first one… beds like bachelor’s bed…toiletries just shampoo… towels 2 for 3 people and 2 days.. cigarettes smell.. bugs in the room…no shower curtain…unwelcoming staff…one of the worst motel i have stayed in past decade

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s sufficient for the price point. However, this last stay I booked for 2 nights but had to check out the first night because I was unaware the hotel was pet friendly and I’m allergic to cats. Albeit my fault because I signed the paperwork but my allergies kicked in the first night and I checked out because they had no other rooms available but they didn’t honor my request for a refund for the 2nd night which is shady business practice. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone due to unscrupulous business ethics. I feel like an honorable business would’ve refunded the 2nd night.
