Really small rooms, quiet, lighting or AC not so great. Front desk was really helpful and attentive!

Its a nice hotel in the middle of everything making it walkable and a great location to stay affordably. The pool is in a deep dark basement and looks like the set of a horror movie so we left it alone, but otherwise two thumbs up!

Hotel was in a good location for my business trip. However I chose this hotel because it stated it had a gym and swimming pool, but the swimming pool was closed and the gym was dysfunctional apart from a running machine and a few weights there was nothing else.

Hotel staff are very friendly

Room temperature was too warm - could not control the thermostat as it was on central setting. Even after speaking to the front desk nothing could be done. Was a very uncomfortable sleep

The cleaning and valet staff were the best part of the hotel...Always very friendly and helpful. The suite rooms are comfortable and very large; perfect for our small family. Our 2 year old son had plenty of space to run around. We had an issue where the ceiling plaster surrounding the showerhead fell down into the shower and created a hole in the ceiling. We informed the staff and they had put in a temporary fix (tape) by the time we returned that evening. They offered to move our room but as it happened on the last day of our stay, we decide to not go to the trouble of moving. Breakfast was decent but the same thing was served all 5 days we were there. Some breakfast variety would be nice. The hotel is in a good location for walking with restaurants and shops nearby. There is limited parking on the street so we used the free valet parking service each time we went out and came back in. All in all, not a bad place to stay.

The hotel was just OK, the location was good. The manager Mr. Mehmet is a True gentleman. He is a great person to deal with.

Despite the hotel looking modern, it was dirty. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom which also did not have a fan. Towels seemed like they were not cleaned properly as the smelt terrible… Breakfast was very limited… For the price you pay, you would expect better..

The response was lacking. I finally received it after I emailed to another sister hotel. Location and room was decent.

I am not sure why the hate reviews are being submitted but this Hotel exceeded our expectation. From their hospitality to service to ensuring our rooms are ready way before our check in time, I was deeply impressed. Thank you so much for having us and we will surely be back at this hotel!

The check-in was lightning quick, the service was great, the room was excellent and spacious. My *only* complaint is that the bathrooms are very poorly lit. Otherwise, it was a near perfect stay.

We liked the hotel, the location and the buffet breakfast. There were not enough toiletries in the bathroom.

Perfect location, food and rooms.

The nice hotel; it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Overall good and I would comment on few minor things: They didn't have enough keys so just gave one key per room, because hotel was so busy that day. They don't have designated parking spot in front of the door and on rush hours it might be hard to park to drop and pick your stuff. I had to park one block away to load/unload. Also I had a van which don't get into their parking garage so I had to handle it myself by paying at the curbside parking.

Overall more like a 2 star hotel and definitely not a 4 star! Rooms: OK but expect a smoking smell in the room. And you would hear others. Corridors: old, hot, smelly Breakfast: lower than average Service: average!

Very clean hotel with honestly excellent service and spacious rooms; the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us. The location is great with a 5 minute walk to the seaside where there are a lot of shops, musicians, and restaurants. One of the best experiences I've had with a hotel so far, definitely recommended.

Central hotel with rooftop pool and great breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The Hotel staff were friendly and the service was very good. The restaurant staff worked very hard and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable to the expected standard. The room was also quite so easy to rest in.

We enjoyed our visit. The rooms are dated, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The hotel is very nicely located within walking distance of the waterfront and the old Kemeralti bazaar. The staff is courteous and helpful, and they serve an excellent breakfast each day. There are some old comments about the AC system online which are no longer accurate; each room has its own controls.
