Central location, close to restaurants and train station, comfortable bedding and decent breakfast, Kind staff.. Cleaning can be improved..

Arrived late (~1.15am) due to flight delays. I had sent a msg via hotels.com msg service and tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotels.com didn't work. No one present on check in desk and despite knocking on doors etc, no one was presetnt to check in. As luck would have it, another guest returned from his dinner and needed to get his bags from the storage room behind the check in desk, which the door was open but no lights on, and then the receptionist magically appeared from another off the storage room. It then took another 15 min to chekc in so got to my room arodun 2:15am. Not what you need when you arrive late and have to leave at 7:30!

Great and fast services, clean, modern and great location. Down side; parking and need to use the heuvel Q parking, count on additional costs

Wonderful - as always. This is the best hotel in Eindhoven- It is centrally located close to shops,restaurants and the train station. The rooms are quiet and very luxurious. I have stayed there several times - and always happy with it.

I have lots of mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were modern, updated, and very large but set at 20 degrees and we couldn't increase the heat so our room was freezing. The shower wouldn't drain and some of the towels were threadbare with holes. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice touch having water and snacks in the foyer for when you arrive. The location is where all the action is so very walkable to all the shops and restaurants. We opted for the breakfast in the hotel and was one of the nicest we have had at any of the hotels during our road trip through Netherlands and Belgium and all were quite good so that is saying something. One huge negative is no on-site parking. There are only 3 pull in spots to check in and it is on a one way so very difficult to double back to get to the shopping centre parking garage that is across the street. Add to it that on the day we were leaving there was a marathon so the entire street was blocked off- thank goodness this wasn't check in day otherwise not sure what we would have done. If you have a car I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, way too much hassle on top of stress arriving in a new place in a very busy hectic area. Other than those few hiccups it was a nice hotel in a good area.

The NH was very conveniently located in central Eindhoven, opposite the railway station, and near the shops and restaurants. It was not noisy. The rooftop bar gave stunning views of the city at night. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and light, with fast wifi, a safe and fridge. The breakfast was outstanding.

Modern, luxury hotel located directly opposite of the train station in the city centre. Everything you want to go and see is in walking distant. Amazing roof bar!

No Parking facility

Nice new building; great reception area and very helpful staff; large rooms - clean, tidy. Location is great. Beyond our expection. In case I come to Eindhoven again - I'll stay here for sure.

Gréât central place your stay however being in a corner room the cleaning staff at 5am were banging the doors adjacent and stair doors - very loud and not ideal if you want a decent sleep past 5am

Stay was good, but it smells there! Our floor smelled very dirty when we arrived. Then they use very strong detergent in the rest of the hotel, which was sickening and way too strong.

Lovely room and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of choice and good food.

the property is very modern, clean & tidy. very accessible to the city centre & a short 15 *ish minute drive to/from the airport. the staff were lovely & we were even greeted with a welcome drink & macaroons. rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. was there for a business trip and would certainly book again if to return. breakfast was great & with a fantastic view of the city from the 13th floor. great array of food & drinks & the service staff easily went above & beyond to look after you. all round fabulous 3 day stay.

Most disappointing hotel-experience in years! This started already some days before our arrival: I booked and got a confirmation for check-in at 3pm. The hotel contacted me via mail: "check-in after 5pm. We will store your luggage." That was no option, if travelling with an infant. My email asking for check-in at 3pm never (!) got a response. Clarification via phone nearly failed, since the lady at the reception needed 15 mins to confirm, that I have a booking at all! Upon arrival parking situation was a mess. The parking lot is more than 500 meters away ... quite far, if you have to carry luggage for 2 adults and an infant. The room was not prepared. Although we booked a family room and included information about our kid's age (1 year old), there were 2 double beds prepared, NO baby bed. In the evening, we were glad, that our baby slept peacefully ... babyphone was working nicely via WLAN ... but the hotel bar did not offer us a drink ... nothing at all! Because we did not make a reservation some days in advance. The restaurant had free tables ... but did not accept us as well: "Only if you go for the 5-course menue." Returning to the hotel room, the key card did not work anymore. The receptionist took ages to get it fixed ... that was hard to stand, knowing, that our baby is locked in. Overall we had the impression, that it was the lacking competency of the staff that made this hotel (otherwise in good condition) become a never-again experience.

Location just a very short walk from train station. Staff all young but very helpful. Room design clean and modern. Breakfast very good, served on 13th floor with great views of city. Bike rentals available from hotel. Reasonable cost and good bikes.

Great hotel. Speacial thanks to Skybar which was beyond perfect to enjoy their unique cocktails and fantastic views!

Hotel was very good. Staff very friendly but not prepared to provide local information like renting a bike. They were willing to help. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
