Great location, excellent apartment ("flat"), has decent views from 5th floor balcony. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Washing machine with a 10 min fast spin works great, although you have to hang cloths in the roof rack which dried up in 3 hours, thanks to the hot summers of Athens!
Can see acropolis from the kitchen! Has good restaurant within 2 min walk for breakfast and lunch. Another restaurant on 7th floor is convenient (food options limited but okay).
I wouldn't try streetside parking. Too tight! Better walk or get a cab with Uber / FreeNow apps. Most cabs cost 10-15 euros to go to almost any city-center destination.

The apartment was excellent for my family, my wife, and our two children (13 and 9 years old). You can reach the Acropolis in 10 minutes on foot and enjoy Plaka without needing a taxi. I would return here without hesitation. If you need transportation, they can help you.

We had a great stay. Really liked the location and the apartment is nicely decorated. We were traveling as a family of 4 so we really liked having 2 bathrooms. Excellent service as well.

Great location. Felt very safe and lots of places to eat within 2-3 blocks. Very clean! Comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. Updated everything. Soft towels. So spacious! Small elevator. Immediately next door to Acropolis Hotel that has a lovely rooftop restaurant/bar that opens at 11 am through the evening. About 2-3 stories up. Only minimal street noise and I’m a light sleeper and was not bothered by it. Was perfect for our family of 3 but could have fit more.
Kitchen was perfect. Stocked with coffee/sugar. Regular drip coffee maker and Nesspreso machine and cartridges.

We enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough space and the hosts were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The location is also perfect for shopping and dining.

Great location, very near Acropolis museum and south entrance of Acropolis. Our family of 4 stayed at the 5th floor, there were 2 bathrooms and lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Big outdoor sitting area with view of Acropolis. Host was very responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again if returning to Athens.

Internet access is essential if you are gonna stay here. There is no front desk and the owners come to meet you for check in. The place is also a bit difficult to find as there is no obvious signage.
Assuming you got all that covered. The place is conveniently located, clean, and safe.
I would easily stay here again. Only problem I encountered was I couldn't find the remote for the TV and you can't flush toilet paper. Just saying.

Perfect location for all the major tourist attractions. It was located in quiet area of the city, but within a short distance of both various dining out places and supermarkets.
The apartment itself was light, airy, modern and had plenty of space for us and was great to relax in after a long day walking around. A great touch having a kitchen with all the usual appliances, two bathrooms and a open plan dining and living area.

Beautiful kitchen. Love the apartment. Very comfortable. I would’ve loved enough bottled water for the length of my stay and it took 4-8 hours to dry our clothes. The management was very responsive and helpful to all our requests though. Enjoyed our stay and transportation to and from airport. Would definitely stay at Acropolis again.

This is a beautiful property that made our week in Athens wonderful. It had a great kitchen and I love having the two bathrooms. We ate every meal on the outdoor patio. By having the kitchen, we save a lot on food expense and a very nice grocery store is about 3 blocks away.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to Plaka and up to Acropolis. Communication was excellent. Our family of 6 were very comfortable. The hosts took care of booking a 6am car to transport us to the Port for our ferry to Islands. All worked seamlessly.

Marvellous large apartment. Two bathrooms and two toilets made this great for the four of us. Large living room and full kitchen were the icing on the cake.
We also recommend Kookaki as a great area.

Excellent location for access to the Plaka neighbourhood as well as easy walking distance from the Acropolis and other historic locations. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Location is fantastic for walking to all downtown tourist attractions. Many cafes, restos, and shopping nearby. Subway and taxi stand are just 2-3 blocks away. Highly recommend!

This property location was really nice because it is quiet and away from the very busiest tourist areas but only a few hundred meeters from everything you would want to get to.
I would definetely stay again.

We stayed here twice and it was great each time. We will stay with a Bill & John property for now on when we are in Greece. No complaints. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of during your stay. We took them up on arranging tours and transportation and all were reliable and fantastic.

The property was lovely although if the lift wasn’t working would be a struggle for elderly or those with young children. Right in the heart of Athens and less than 10 mins walk from the Acropolis. Dennis met us from the taxi to show us the flat and replied speedily to queries with suggestions and help.
Flat very well appointed so could get my washing done without having to bring washing powder.
Comfy beds, lovely modern showers and Netflix available.

The apartment is modern and very clean. It is in a great location and is within walking distance of everything you need. All staff are very helpful, especially Dennis who helped us with some unforeseen circumstances on his day off. He went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Great location. There is no real composting, recycling that I have noticed in Greece so far and that is why I rated in meh for eco-friendly.

We only stayed for a night and wanted tp be in a good location, close to the Acropolis and Plaka. This was absolutely spot on, as it is only a few minutes walk away from these main areas. The apartment itself was gorgeous, comfortable and modern, with a huge living room, well equipped and two good sized bedrooms, perfect for a family of four. Totally recommended.
