Trash laying around in hallways and parking lot

nice place to stay, only negative was breakfast was skimpy, and the maid stood for 20 minutes in the hall waiting for us to check out. We had 2 rooms, the rooms were very nice, and clean.

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean. The rooms were extra spacious. Bathrooms were pretty large, as well….. Was not by any means a “loud” or “rowdy” crowd. The entire time was nice and peaceful. Would consider puttting out a more in depth breakfast because that truly was the only disappointment.

Hotel was nice. The room and all were good. The only thing i can say is, be prepared to go get breakfast. Though the hotel does offer breakfast, you're not going to want to eat it. Some dried small bagels and muffins.

I really like this property. It's not fancy but it is very well kept. The rooms are spacious. The lighting in the room is not great but does suffice. That said, the lighting in the bathroom is great. The floors and bath were very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The one thing I'd ding the bathroom for is towels. There were enough but they were very small and mostly very thin which led to using more than one per person. The hand towels and washcloths were nice and fluffy. I would encourage them to I'd the bath towels as well. The beds were comfy and the lines were nice. The staff was also very nice, especially the night person. We ran into him most of the time because we were coming and going at odd hours. I didn't get his name but he was very nice and personable.

This was a 2 night stay at the beginning of a 2 week vacation. Because the elevator was out, the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bed room so we would not have to carry our luggage upstairs. He did this without us asking. We only needed one bed, but that bed was not the most comfortable. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel

Bed was broken a hotel knew but gave me room anyway. The only elevator was out of order also a dog was constantly barking including 3am. I won't ever book this location again.

The stay this time was horrible! They had guest running the halls all night talking loud on phones and with each other. I didn’t get any sleep for the one night I stayed. I spoke with the hotel when I checked out at 5am all they had to say was I’m sorry

Very clean. Good breakfast. Property well maintained. Had trouble sleeping since there was someone going in and out of stairway door until 2 am. Might've been a staff member.

Television did not work. Desk clerk came and reset it. It came on but remote did not change channels. Front desk claimed to be unable to hear me when I called from room phone.

The bed had impressions in it like someone didn't leave the bed for years. The AC barely worked, never had coffee, towels were old/ very thin and didn't dry you off. Elevator was broken and told it was getting fixed that day..4 days later still broken.
Good place to stay if you need somewhere cheap and you can sleep on anything

The place was “clean” but there was pink mold all over the shower. The breakfast was ok, the cereal was stale, coffee was ok, the milk and other drinks were cold like they should be

Walked into the bathroom, there's still a used wet wash rag hanging up on the shower, found 2 ants in the bed, and also a few strands of hair in the sheets, had to go get clean sheets nd change it out myself, the house keepers obviously don't care about anything other than trying to make their job slightly easier, won't be staying here ever again

I didn’t like the support I got during check in because if the room in non refundable then I should have been able to view my room other than on pictures to decide if I wanted to stay. I was provided incorrect information to go about getting my money back from Expedia. The rep didn’t offer me something different being the room wasn’t to my liking and what I was expecting.

Nice modern decor in lobby and hallways. The rooms could use a makeover and replace carpets. Towels were extremely used, felt like sandpaper on my skin.

Very middle of the road. Owner / male check in clerk needs to work on his people skills. Giving everyone that checks in a 5 minute lecture before handing over the keys isn’t sending a great message. Especially when every second line ends with “if you do, you’ll have to pay for it” wouldn’t stay here again.

The room definitely could’ve used a thorough cleaning. All the cabinets were sticky, dirt in the corner of the bathroom floor, dead bugs, laying in a couple places.

Very quiet and comfortable area with a great staff and extremely clean hotel with no issues. Plenty of resturants of your choice you can walk to within 3 to 5 minutes without having to move your car. All around Great experience, most definitely recommend it.

The bed had a huge deep in it, the comforter was stained and I had problems with my tv.

They should be asking people if they smoke before putting them in rooms that are for smoking people also the bathtubs are very slippery they should put some bath mats in there.

This stay was TERRIBLE. When checking in, the lobby had an overwhelming and awful smell. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. The room was extremely hot and, there was trash on the floor in the room, in the bathroom and in the sink. It was disgusting and so uncomfortable.
