Great hotel, staff helpful and friendly. location to city centre was great. Parking easy via car park opposite. Beautiful decor and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Fun and funky spot. Super location for walking anywhere. Rooms are pretty small and cramped with furniture. The food is really good and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Great location near Abbey and Roman Baths, an added bonus was the complimentary mini bar. Excellent breakfast too

We used to loved this hotel, but after this last stay, we will no longer stay there again, it’s changed. We were talked down to and were embarrassed by the restaurant manger in the bar in front of other patrons, the bar staff were drinking and loud, the service slow and condescending, the food average and luke warm.. the room up in the attic, cramped, dark with no view… all in all a bad experience and when I explained my misgivings when checking out was told the manager would call.. still waiting for the call! They don’t care…

Really great boutique hotel in a great spot in Bath centre. Very impressive decor throughout the hotel and the room was really nicely finished, especially the bathroom. First time we've been walked to our room by the check in staff which was a nuce touch. Manvers Street car park is ideal but you have to be there early to get a spot!

Our stay was amazing. Staff are very helpful, friendly approachable. All our needs was met. Parking is a bit hassle but, the area is just a walking distance to all places that we love to visit. We really had a good time and we will definitely coming back. Thank you❤️

Had a really nice stay here, we didnt use the facilities much as we were out & about a lot. But really nice room, super friendly & welcoming staff & the breakfast was lovely.

The property felt centrally located, we could walk to several places in this wonderful city which was absolutely amazing. The room was a decent size, speakers from the TV in the bathroom was a nice touch since the Olympics was on. During our stay, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate fairly early in the morning, some people ran out in their bathrobes with a towel around their head. We ordered room service, we were told we could not get a cup of coffee through room service due to health and safety reasons. The breakfast took an hour and forty minutes to arrive. By then I had been to starbucks at the train station to by the coffee, and got a muffin. They waived the charges for the room service breakfast due t the delay, we didn't eat it because it came with two boiled eggs (which we didn't order because my fiance is vegan). They were very nice at checkout, and we really enjoyed this beautiful city.

Lovely stay at the Indigo. It was one of the hottest days of the year and unfortunately the air conditioning just wasn’t up to scratch in the room so made it tricky to sleep. Comfy beds though and really nice and friendly staff all round.

The location and the decor of the hotel are excellent. The staff is okay. I wish they had been more hospitable.

Great time

I booked this hotel primarily for the location. The rooms are well appointed and effectively updated. The interconnected houses mean that guests are required to go up and down in various elevators, which is charming but may pose accessibility issues.

Favorite hotel of our UK trip! Arrived via train from London, and walk from the train station is short/easy. Rented a car at the end of our visit and there was an inexpensive lot literally across the street. Dining staff was friendly and front desk staff was absolutely delightful. Adored the young woman who checked us in, she could not have been more welcoming!! Loved the hotel’s decor. Very comfortable room with nice “bath” products and complimentary beverages. Did not have lunch or dinner at the restaurant.. Menu was more pricey and less vegetarian friendly than other places nearby. We had breakfast included - It was nice, but would opt for simple/more affordable breakfast at one of the many nearby cafés next time around. Perfect location for exploring Bath.. Would not have stayed closer to the Roman Baths (5-6 minute walk away). Second time staying at a Hotel Indigo and look forward to checking out more of their properties in the future!! Solid 5/5.

Atmosphere very relaxed with first rate service , professional and friendly . Superb interiors , delicious breakfast . Unfortunately Bath is no longer the stylish city it once was .

Great modern hotel in the centre of Bath, lovely comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom with fantastic shower. Hanging space would be limited if staying a while but only here for one night so not a problem for us at all, parking in the adjacent NCP is very convenient.

Great location! Room was perfect. Huge bathroom. A little hard to find out way around the halls and levels but once we got it we were all good!

Hotel Indigo is a lovely hotel, ideally situated within walking distance of most of the tourist sites in Bath. The decor is fun and quirky. The rooms are comfortable, variable in size. The best thing about the hotel are the amazing staff who bent over backwards to help us -- my travelling companion had had a fall and was in a good deal of pain -- including comping me a glass of wine when we returned from the ER late at night and extending our checkout time so I could get to the pharmacy to fill my friend's prescriptions.

Our 1st time staying at this hotel. We enjoyed everything about this place.

Bath exceeded our expectations. Hotel Indigo couldn’t be more centrally located, which made for a very walkable stay.
