My stay was good, but I was a little late checking out and they kept my deposit. I understand they say they'll keep the deposit for late checkout, but it was no more than 15 minutes over.

Room was ok for the money. Hallway had a smell. Bed was very comfortable, renovations are somewhat recent. I give them credit for trying. Wouldn't recommend using the ice for drinks, disgusting.

It was a decent hotel but not for the price. I get it was INDY 500 weekend but the room was okay. There was trash in the bathroom floor and the wood in the bathroom floor was all bubbled from water damage, toilet ran constantly, hallways smelled of weed all the time, area was a little sketch, pretty sure one night I heard ~15 gunshots and a car speeding off at about midnight. I will be booking somewhere else but it is close-ish to the track and somewhere to put your head down and shower after a long day in the sun.

We reserved a room based on the photograph, which showed a kitchenette. Our first room had only exposed plumbing. After waiting 15 minutes for someone at the front desk, we were assigned a different room with a kitchenette.
Both units smelled, but in completely different ways. The new kitchenette had no utensils and one chair. Yet another 15 minute wait. After another 20 minutes, two plastic spoons and knives were delivered to our door. No extra chairs available because "all the rooms were occupied". They most definitely were not. Complimentary half eaten cottage cheese container left in fridge for us.
Otherwise, it was fine. Clean sheets and bathroom. Pay the extra $5 for a well managed facility.

Property was not as advertised on Expedia. It is a pay by hour hotel, security bars on windows, a kiosk to check in, 2 strip clubs next door, and is a horrible unsafe part of town. Uber would not pick up at that location during the dark hours. Room was disgusting and run down. Customer service was not helpful. Ended up leaving and getting another hotel!

You get what you pay for. This is recently rehabbed motel 6. It is pretty bare but clean. There was an overwhelming smell of pot in the halls and stairwell. Staff was friendly. Freshly painted room.

Looked like there were burn stains on the bathroom floor and on the floor on side of bed. The ice maker was making a loud noise when not in use. The hallways didn’t have enough lighting. Didn’t see an iron board nor iron. Only had 1 pillow, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. Potholes in parking lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Over all it was ok.

The only difference is they changed the way you make a deposit. Instead of excepting cash they take it off a card and then its not refunded for several days to a week. I didn't receive a receipt after checking out and thought that should be mandatory.

Outdoor area leaves a lot to be desired.
The bed was uncomfortable and I required a chiropractor treatment after sleeping on it for 3 nights.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are prostitutes at the entrance and drug deals in the hall. The room didn't have a lock. When we tried to check out instead of remaining in the room for the night, the staff refused us and claimed we had to pay for the entire length of stay. When we disputed the charge on our credit card, they falsified our signature and a "check out" date and submitted it as evidence. Tried to call the property and they "don't know when the manager will be in again." At the time of our stay, they didn't even have a working phone number. Hotels.com did NOTHING to assist us in this issue even though they couldn't get a hold of the merchant either. These are them most crooked owners of a hotel ever. Don't give them your business.

It stinks around there and it wasn’t all that clean I didn’t like it at all want be back either. You get what you pay for smh

No coffee in room and a flask on reception was luke warm at best apart from first thing in the morning when door unlocked to access. Room was very tired. The furniture was cheap and looked cheap bearly holding together. Had kitchennette but had no way to use it as no pots or utensils at all. Two people stayed had only one chair at table to sit. If you want basic then this really is it.
