it was convenient to where I needed to get to, and it was clean. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast, but at least they had coffee in the lobby. There is very little I liked about this hotel. I won't be coming back.

I booked a king room, and when I entered my room, it was two queens, and the room was set up for people who need accommodations. Consequently, the shower had a handle that I needed to hold the entire time which made showering, cumbersome, and not relaxing. When I called down to ask if they had a different room, they said that they oversold the king rooms and they were out. It’s frustrating to not get what I booked. Additionally, I was right next to the ice machine and the elevator so I had to hear the loud beep of the elevator and the dropping of ice pretty consistently. The walls were so thin that you could hear every single conversation from people in the hallway and other rooms. The staff wasn't helpful, or overly concerned. This is one of the worst Marriott experiences I have had and will make me think twice before booking with them again.

The breakfast was a little costly but good and in general I love the Marriott it’s me and the husband favorite home from home and usually breakfast is complimentary but no complaints love the Bonvoy

The breakfast should have been free to the guests, but was not. No microwave in room, no open bar as was advertised, no one came to check on us, no one accommodated us with room service, no one came to see if the room needed cleaned, we had to track down someone to service us, the elevator didn't work we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. We we're NOT satisfied at all!!!!! Very poor service!

I changed rooms because the balcony door would not lock (and was left open when I got there), and the second room on the first floor had an unlocked window. When you are a woman traveling alone you can’t be too careful. manager needs to let the cleaning crew know to always check and lock windows and balconies. Luckily the front desk staff was responsive and understanding.

Accommodation was comfortable. Room and bed were nice.

Not a lot of choices of restaurants nearby. Toilet roll was empty so I opened a new roll.

Breakfast didn’t open until 7am. We had to leave at 6:30am. most hotel breakfasts open at 6am.

I could hear people talking as they walked through the hallways. I wanted to go to sleep early (9pm) due to running a half marathon race the next morning but had to wait until other people went to sleep. Luckily they settled down by 10:00. Can’t control other people but the room could be made quieter if the doors were made soundproof. It was still a nice place to stay.

Paid 256. was told I was getting wedding rate so didn't use AAA, no breakfast, called and told someone, very rude

Let me know what I was paying after asking twice and told I was receiving the wedding rate.

Nice modern facilities, great and helpful staff.

I left a pizza out and came back to the room 30 minutes later to find the pizza and desk engulfed with ants. I was given $30 compensation which barely covered the cost of the pizza and it’s replacement. I thought that could have been handled better. It just gave us a really uneasy feeling to see so many ants and having to sleep in the room 2 more nights.

Ryan at the desk was fantastic! we would come back just to see him again. He was very hospitable and friendly and ensured that our whole family had a great vacation.
