We stayed here for 8 nights and they only cleaned the room once. We ran out of soap in the shower on our second day, and literally asked every day if they could refill it…they never did. The AC was not working. We set the temperature to 17C Ethernet room temperature was always at 26-28C. We complaint about this, never got fixed. Too many issues to write them here, will never stay there again

Without doubt the most disgusting overnight stay my wife and myself have ever been unlucky enough to have booked. BROWN MARKS ON THE BEDDING! LOCATION... LIKE A WARZONE. UNDERGROUND CAR PARK HAZARDOUS... THE CONCRETE FLOOR IS SOAKED IN FUEL 🤕 PLEASE STAY AWAY!! UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING LIKE A RAT. No offence to rats. 💩💩💩💩💩

Very convenient price per night. They offer a full studio that was clean and spacious. I only had to clean the surfaces of the kitchen area.

I am so happy I booked this hotel. Wow, the rooms are quite spacious, plenty of space to lay out all my luggage. The room was clean. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, knife, pot, pan, induction cook top, sink, two glass bowls, dish soap. The staff at the check in were warm and welcoming. They were helpful and spoke many different languages. The hotel is so close to public transportation, or if you want to walk, many things are close by. The price for what you get is a great value!

The superior room was spacious and offered a terrific view of the main square. The toilets were not cleaned but had stains in the bowl and under the rim.

Yes the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was good , and the location convenient. Its students accommodate ion so a little sterile but you have the use of an equiped kitchen et.

The hotel was disappointing. On the positive side the room size was good and the staff were nice. However it was hard to sleep, there was noise coming from a bar/club and it was too light at night. The room safe was broken and the very small supplies of toilet roll, coffee etc were not replenished/filled up. There were no cleaning fluids except for washing up liquid but there is only cleaning once a week or when you leave except for washing up liquid.

Location was good for access to train station but felt a little unsafe. Room was in good condition, basic and clean. Staff friendly. Couch bed was run down and uncomfortable.

Noise from the street was disturbing. Windows have poor sound isolation.

The staff is friendly, the place is good for the price, the space in the room is good and I liked that it has a kitchen. but the bathrooms are not very clean and the elevator smells horrible

Good stay - nothing fancy but got the job done for a weekend in Bordeaux when you want to stay close to the train station (we had a connection on Sunday). Beds are really good and rooms very quiet so you can rest well. Walking distance to center.

The hotel was way overpriced for its facilities. One had to pay extra for a daily room clean which was certainly unacceptable.

Very bad maintained hotel and all the communal areas and toilets dirty. Also, de hotel is located in a very bad area and not safe.

I arrived at this property and was shocked to see the rooms. It looked nothing like the photos online. I immediately called Expedia to inform Them that I would be canceling and staying somewhere else. I expected a refund based on the complaints and photos I had of the room. They were not helpful at all. We found a lovely boutique hotel for the same price in a better area.

Room was dirty air conditioning did not work booked for two nights left after the first losing my money

Car break-in and theft of all personal belongings in the hotel parking lot and credit card fraud. A hotel better avoided. I booked the hotel for two nights and put my vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel All Suites in the underground garage. The next morning I went to my car and found that the passenger window had been smashed and all my personal belongings had been stolen. Everything from suitcase, e-bike, sports equipment and camera equipment was gone. The entire car and the floor full of broken glass. I then went to the hotel reception and reported the incident. The employee didn't even turn his head away from the screen and just said "We don't have surveillance cameras and the parking garage is used by tenants next door.". The hotel had not told me where the police station was until I asked. Otherwise, the hotel had not been interested at all. Neither an apology, refund of the stay, help with cleaning and tidying up the vehicle, inspecting the damage or help with the hotel insurance! No help at all! One day later, I had to find out that CHF 800 had also been illegally withdrawn from my credit card. The card was one morning in the backpack in the hotel room, because I did not want to take this on the road. Since the hotel is located in a rather unsafe neighborhood. Means, at night you better take a cab back! The hotel rooms themselves are not bad, but were with me from the guests from earlier still dirty towels. I am simply disappointed.

Helpful staffs

The location is very convenient as it is a 5 min walk away from the main train station. The hotel itself is in good conditions, the staff is helpful and they offer a decent buffet breakfast. However it could improve in cleanliness. And as it's located next to a concert hall, there was a lot of noise on the street during cerain nights (the hotel was accomodating and agreed to switch us to a higher floor with less noise impact). Overall good value for money.

Super convenient location — a 10 minute walk from Gare St Jean. Loved the kitchenette. Bathroom was also spacious. Was in Bordeaux for less than 24 hours and this hotel is perfect for one night.

While the hotel states there are irons and boards available upon request, there were no boards ( hotel said they were stolen) and iron was filthy.Staff at check in seemed bothered to be approached and were more interested in talking amongst themselves over assisting guests.

Very pleasant stay: our room was quite big and had a nice town view, staff was very supportive and position was perfect, only 5min by foot from the main train station and 10min to the city center

Nice room, nice hotel. Modern, clean, great staff. The area where it is seems to be right on the edge between the less desirable and the nice part of town. Close to easy to navigate metro system.
