Love this property.

Beri cute small condo which is nicely styled and with a king sized bed. Small kitchenette helps for refrigerated items. Perfect for either a beach break or short work stay. Great location close to supermarket, restaurants and hotels.

It’s a great location for beach and relaxing but should consider getting an indoor hot tub for rain days since the pool is outdoors aswell.

Loved the old Florida feel of the building, great coffees shops nearby and the beach just a 7/8 min walk. Such a gorgeous surrounding area and the room was clean a very cute

I was in love with the area. Me and the wifey had an amazing time.

The room was filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down showing exposed insulation.There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the living room. Rust stains in the shower. Mold stains in the shower. The shower fan was not working and the cover was falling down. Toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall. Horrible Horrible Horrible place. And then when I ask the front desk for another room they give me the wrong key. Then the front desk attendant disappears at 12:30am so I wen back to the original room and checked out the next morning.

We didn’t realise this was a privately owned condo within the hotel, which meant there was no support from reception etc. the building had a terrible smell which extended into the room (smelt musty and mouldy) and the room was terribly small and the bathroom old. We left early as we could not stand the smell.

Amazing place to stay if you want to be close to all West Palm has to offer.

The people downstairs hit the ceiling while we were watching tv. Totally insane!!! We never had something like this before in all the trips we had. We never had a unit number and we need to contact expedia and the owner to get us in. Not happy with our stay in this hotel.

I’m so impressed with the property, and the employees were very nice and helpful. I’m so happy that I had the opportunity to stay here and I highly recommend.

The building is historical and amazing located in a great area. The unit was very nice and clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to great beaches and restaurants. Five stars!!!!!

Mostly everything was great. Here is what was not great: the room had dishes but no way to dry them, no key fob available, the bedroom was unable to cool off well, the lack of vanity space was difficult, there was no luggage rack to load and unload suitcases.

The hallways have an aroma that was a bit overwhelming. The room is beautiful but somewhat humid. Unbeatable location. Beach two blocks away!

It’s up scale neighborhood and quiet place. The property needs some improvement and renovation but everything else is great.

Smells like mold, front desk staff is rude. Rooms are dirty. Took off shoes in room and when showered bottom of feet were black. Pictures are deceiving.

All people involved were very kind, and in good disposition to solve any inquieres.

this is a great spot, with the beach shopping food all types, activities close by it is a great alternative to the big hotels

The condo was nicely decorated with all bathroom and kitchen appliances , utensils needed for my stay supplied. This room overlooked the pool that was a nice viewThe host was very friendly and extremely polite and responded immediately with any inquiry’s. She made me aware that she would be there if any need arose. The building that houses the condo however has a very musty smell that permeates throughout. Other than that, it was a Nice convenient place to stay.

The suite was smaller than we thought it would be from the pictures. We also reserved a suite that we thought would have a kitchenette and it only had a microwave and mini fridge. Not even a sink, much less any way to cook our own food. Just keep that in mind when reserving these rooms.

AC wasn’t working in the unit. The “owners” Wi-Fi password didn’t work. There is no cable tv and we signed into our personal apps, however the “guest” Wi-Fi wasn’t good and my movie was buffering so much I gave up. On the morning we left, the water was just a trickle. We couldn’t shower and there was barely enough water to brush my teeth. The unit is decorated beautifully but not enough to make up for the issues.
