The staff are so receptive and courteous. They are incredible. The service here is impeccable, and they are very quick with customer service room service.

This hotel was nice but did not work with our room cancelation after one night due to medical appointment change for a visa medical for a child . And did not give my nanny 5K ph deposit back at first night check out and everything was left in great shape still no refund. And I did book online and as far as I know the hotel will not grant a refund to my online booking but maybe later I hope I will get refund this was expensive nightly rate over $200 USD so I hope this will get resolved - But this is a nice hotel and anyone would love to stay here and view is beautiful of the bay

You know you’re home the moment you walk in the door. The hospitality is palpable from the door man to the front desk from start to finish. Every detail within the hotel is well thought out with attention to anticipating every customer needs. Kee ip the great job every Filipino can be so proud of.

Located on the beach front, it is indeed a fancy hotel with many exquisite facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests. Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles. It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom.

The hospitality of those who worked in there, starting from checking in until I left. That's Filipino hospitaly "par exellence" for me! And the facilities, the room, is second to none!

The booking did not expect our expectations, the picture in the site is not true as in personal. Our booking got issue first when check in.

The room wasn't clean when I arrived. Black hair on the floor, in the shower and in the sink. The bed was broke and apparently had been broken many times before because, all the slats were duct taped on. I made a complaint and was told to ask the individuals that was fixing the smoke alarm if they couod fix it. Needless to say I had to keep putting the slats back on just so I could sleep. The couch was disgustingly dirty and the property manager thought it was ok to just put a cover over the couch. There was no regular housekeeping, if I needed someone, I had to WhatsApp the individual that I had been in contact with. There was no place to throw trash away on the floor I was on. A washer was provided to wash clothes, but there was no dryer, no facilities to dry the clothes or any place to hang the clothes so they could dry. The phone in the room had no capability of making outside calls. I could only contact the front desk. Finally, the AC was poor at best. Even after I made a complaint and was told it would be looked at, no one showed up. The wall between the living room and the bedroom was cracked around the door frame. The owners/managers either have no idea how bad the furniture is or they are just cheap. I over paid to rent a condo at the establishment. Very disappointed in the condition if the establishment.

This is a condo and not a hotel. You don't see the daily services that you would receive with the hotel. The unit was only clean one time. I'm not impressed at all! I would not go back to this establishment...very disappointed!!!

No hot water, smile bad .This is not a hotel and pricey.I wait one hour to check in last night around 11:00 pm they forgot to leave the key in the mail box. The aircon not functioning properly

I stayed overnight to attend an event in the same building. Overall, the space was very cozy. The room has everything you need. I rented room 1606. Just do not expect a good view from the balcony since its on the right side facing other buildings. But my experience is very commendable. Thanks

The facilities were amazing, specially the pool and gym.. we enjoyed the place so much. Friendly staffs and a very safe place to stay.

The balcony's door knob is broken. Restaurants are walking distance. For short term stay, It's okay. Thank you.

The place was great to stay except check in problem the management must have improved their policy.

The hotel is nice but the owner of the units is not organized.I booked two units on Dec 15 but when we arrived at the hotel on Dec 29 still no room#s were assigned. I tried to call the owner of the units but she was not answering. Good thing the concierge had another number and we were able to speak to the owner's assistant. The lady was nice but we had to wait for two hours to get the room keys. I don't think I will come back to this hotel again. It was a very bad experience.
