Wonderful property, and fantastic interiors! Very cleaner toob

Great hotel near a T station.

Everything went well. The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff were excellent! The only negatives are the highway noise (can't do anything about that) and the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't pull it out on the second night, just slept on the couch.

They didn’t touch our room on the first night of a 2 day stay we didn’t even receive fresh towels because no one came to our room at all. Not impressed told the fellow when we checked out not sure if he shared that info with anyone.

The priperty was located next to a highway and a heavily traveled wholefoods. I would say the property folks are dishonest, was forced to overpay in parking for 2 day. Property did not tell me there was another lot for less that they own. Room price doubled from one day to the next, not the price originally quoted to me. Not happy with the stay at all, I feel ripped off.

Property was fine but when I reserve it ftom Expedia , it usually is not a good room ,

A/C unit was a bit too loud, and being next to the highway made the noise way worse, but it was bearable. the guy at the front desk doesn’t have a good attitude for customer service. Seems he is bothered by it. You don’t get daily cleaning. Other than that, pretty decent stay.

The property was undergoing restoration due to a water flood. Besides that, the property was in excellent condition. The staff were all very courteous and helpful!

Great stay, recieved room upgrade which was amazing. Room was super clean and in excellent condition . I hoped if housekeeping was daily instead of just asking for specific things via reception. But great stay overall.

We were told the room and bath would be cleaned every other day. It was not cleaned or restocked with towels , cream, etc until Friday. We put out the “restock supplies card and all we received was 2 bath towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

My girlfriends and I recently stayed at the AC Hotel by Marriott Boston. When we checked into our room, we were quite surprised to find that the bathroom did not have a door. This lack of privacy was a significant inconvenience, particularly the first night. The hotel was fully booked that day and a room change was not possible. Upon bringing this issue to the attention of Dawn, the hotel manager, the following morning, we were met with immediate understanding and professionalism. Dawn was incredibly empathetic and swiftly took action to resolve the problem. She found us another room that met our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. To our delight, she also offered thoughtful compensation for the inconvenience we experienced on the first night. Despite the initial hiccup, we were left with a positive impression of the hotel, largely due to her outstanding efforts. Thank you, Dawn, for your thoughtfulness and for making our stay a memorable one!

Great hotel

It was great except they need a simple night light in the bathroom that did not work either time we were there. The glass Bathroom door leaves the room illuminated at night making it hard to sleep

I come to Boston at least once a year and always stay at this hotel. Location is great, neighborhood has a lot of conveniences and it is within walking distance to anything downtown.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. Its about a 9 minute walk to the nearest train station. Definitely worth the prr
