Hotel was clean, there was construction nearby which was bit annoying. Overall it’s okey. The breaker they have 3 options which will be served in your room. Guy was small but clean, pool was closed don’t know the reason.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel, with a fun cafe and a terrific and friendly staff. Excellent service.

The lobby was very nice and spacious, with a nice coffee shop connected to it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got a “city view” room, because many hotels I have stayed at in Saudi Arabia have “wall view”, the windows only open to a wall on the other side. So, I was excited to actually have a city view. I opened the curtains, and the city view window was blocked by a big piece of metal that they had installed over the exterior of the window. It would have been a great view, but for some reason the “city view” rooms have the windows blocked from the outside.

I always find this hotel is good but lately i have hot water problem twice in different stay. Don’t recommend for long stay.

Every thing was amazing great room design great staff specially mrs Tahani and Mr Fahad they were very helpful

The hotel is good. However, my room balcony was damaged and so i felt as if i was litraly sleeping on the highway side curb!
Callwd in the recieption and they sent some one to see the issue, he was a bell boy! So he basically closed the “curtein” and them told me nothing can be done.
Called back the recieption, and they said if i am staying for another night then tbey will change my room! However for the night I have to suffer as if they are giving me the room for free!
Other thing is that they dont have enough towels at the towels. I checked in and they had just one at the room, even though we were two persons. Called in the recieption and they said they dont havr towels and so i would have to wait. 3 hours later still no towels

Excellent option for limited budget traveller. Above average furniture, very large & quality TV screen, acceptable internet speed, with very limited amenities (shampoo/liquid soup). Hot water was missing though! I was lucky the weather was not too cold but ended up with chilled shower.
