I slept so nice, the room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. It was so quite and the pool was excellent. . Best rest ive had in a long time. I will book again for doctor visits in Augusta. ❤️

The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff was very nice. I would highly recommend the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Augusta.

Everything was great with the exception that we chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed the entire time we were here.

I loved the 'extras' and 'quality' of this hotel! I noticed! Name brand toilet paper, clean and easy access to quality shower products. Soft-close toilet seat and drawers. Full size mirror with closet. I loved the work desk and all the extra plug-ins. The free breakfast had a huge, assorted selection with something for everyone! All of this for a reasonable cost. I will look for this brand first when traveling.

The staff was very friendly checking in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom door sticks a little but otherwise no complaints.

The room was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. However, after two days of no housekeeping I had to call the front desk to get the trash emptied and clean towels. This is unacceptable.

Overall, it was not great. The shower was kind of dirty-looking, there was a weird stain on the floor of it. Everything else seemed clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. There were no service issues.
Breakfast was disappointing... there were waffles out of a plastic wrapper that were ok, the eggs seemed fake and they only had turkey bacon which was sub-par. Drink options were quite limited as well.
The pool was out of order and the elevator made us nervous, making weird noises.
Like I said, it wasn't just terrible, but next time I'm in Augusta I'll probably choose alternate accommodations.

Room was immaculate. Very quiet and the breakfast had so many choices. Cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs and on and on. Staff was very helpful and nice. All around a great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice accommodations and friendly staff. Traveled with 2 small children so was pleasantly surprised at spacious room. Breakfast had plenty of options.

The pool was out of order. Nothing on the website stated this. We purposely stayed here for the indoor pool because we have 3 children. We were all very disappointed. On top of that, the Tv didn't work and my husband had to remove the cables and reinstall and get a new remote so we could watch Tv. The was one small Tv for the whole room.

The property was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient, and I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The breakfast was an excellent feature and the food was fresh and plentiful. I would start my mornings chatting with Jeanette at the breakfast station and she always wished me well as I went about my day - thank you Jeanette for making me feel so welcome! I would stay at this property again if I’m in the area.
