We needed a handicapped accessible room. It had everything we needed. There was secure access, requiring a room key to use the elevators, the room was clean and comfortable, had all the amenities you could want. Would definitely stay there again.

Noise level from traffic & especially the numerous ambulances arriving at the multiple surrounding medical facilities. Cable tv & wifi were spotty. Continental breakfast is ok but very, very simple & only hot item is pancake machine. Also very little seating for that. Location is very good for getting around the area & parking is great, especially for only $16 a night, rare in LA hotels!

I was quoted a price and paid it through Hotels.com and charged much more at the hotel, they refuse to fix it and getting to talk to anyone at Hotels.com is next to impossible, I feel totally cheated by both parties.

The staff was lovely and helpful, and I could easily check in earlier without any issues. The facility is a bit dated, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise, but it’s not too disruptive. The area is safe and pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t particularly impressive; most of the food was semi-finished products, except for the fresh fruit. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean which is one of our biggest concerns. The location of the hotel in Santa Monica is great. We did not get to try the restaurant but hope we can do so during our next stay.

We arrived early and although we had requested an early check in they were t able to accommodate us. We checked into the room we waited 3 hours for and we looked out to other hotel rooms over looking a noisy alley. The bed was way too soft, the furniture was mismatched and there was no iron or ironing board in the room! Also you had to schedule an appointment to use the “gym”.! For the price paid for just 2 nights I would have expected something a bit better

I booked the room for my parents. My dad underwent 12 months of cancer treatments at Providence St. John across the street from the hotel. This is their 15th or 20th stay. They have never had a single complaint. The room is always clean and comfortable and the staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book here in the future.

Very quick overnight. Beds comfy. Lighting in room not good. White light in lamp and no easy connection to charge devices at bedside. Breakfast fine. Clerks friendly. Parking fine. Wish it was not so much.

Kind of loud but it is downtown Santa Monica, I was able to sleep so that’s all that matters. I will bring house shoes next time because the floor is cold. I am staying again next week so apparently it was good.

Property is in mid town Santa Monica. Easy parking below the facility. Close to most everything in Santa Monica including the beach.

We always stay there if we can, and they were typically good. However, they did not mention anything about VIP.

Front desk has one person that was rude and didn’t know her job! They were annoyed that we asked if we could check in a couple hours early but they make everyone wait till 3 which packed the small lobby! Bed and pillows and blankets were uncomfortable and breakfast was grab n go and it sucked and started late in the morning! Parking is $15 a night not included in price. Not impressed with their amenities , housekeeping was nice and fast

We stay at this hotel often but this time we received a room that was a bit run down. Flooring was scuffed & dirty. No wash rags provided. However out of all the times we’ve stayed this was the first time we were disappointed. Probably just a fluke. I would still recommend this hotel if you are wanting to be close to the beach. The underground parking is very convenient & it’s in walking distance to some restaurants. Try Bledsoe bbq right down the street! So good

We asked a room for 3, there’s just two towels here. We’ve heard about the breakfast and it’s not a continental breakfast how says here. We’ll check soon. And you need to pay for parking, so it’s not something they offer for guests like says here.
At least it’s very clean, they’re fast on returning our msgs asking about our dog and the room is good, noisy but clean and spacious.

The bed are so comfortable, coffee shop and restaurant right near by. Staff friendly. I only atay one night but, very nice place.
