Small but nice hotel located close to transport, pier, shopping and restaurants. Check in was an easy process as well as check out.

Great location for our Mornington trip. Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Plenty of dining and bars to choose from within walking distance. 2 minute walk to the beach. Only issue was with our TCL smart TV and Netflix shutting down every 15 minutes, so couldn't even finish a movie, which was frustrating. TV aside, no hesitation staying here again.

The room and ensuite were both spotless and the complimentary bar fridge was generous. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the blinds were effective. The noisy patrons in the car park and the excessive revving of cars and motorbikes till gone 1am in the morning disturbed an otherwise lovely stay.

The complimentary bar fridge had one beer one breakfast pack per day in a room for two one soft drink was only enough for one in a two booking I had snapper fillet in restaurant 2 inch square and well over cooked and dry very disappointing

The facility was very good. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was up to a high standard. Only down side to our visit was that our room wasn't ready at check in time (2pm). There was a delay of 30mins which didn't allow us much time to get to our next engagement at 3pm. Hence we were late to that event.

We really enjoyed our stay at thevCheeky Squire. The rooms were spacious with a queen sized and single bed. There was a complimentary drinks and food fridge. We would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Frankston. There was also a perfect coffee shop nearby

Stayed for a week while visiting family and the area. Very limited hanging space and no cupboards or shelving to put anything on so had to live out of my case. The complimentary water, tea and coffee was much appreciated and the housekeeping ladies where very friendly.

Initial check in was a breeze room was very clean and comfortable the negative and it wont be a big deal for many but i booked the room for convenience reason as i was attending a 40th upstairs so the room was for my mum and my 2 little sons however the tv wouldnt work i called the manager to come down they came down and couldnt fix it said sorry i dont know why its not working... the next morning our keys stopped working from 830am so we couldnt leave the room without leaving the door open. Then on monday when checking to see if my bond had been refunded i realised they had charged me twice for my room 🙄 sooo overall i think $222 was pretty dam expensive for 1 night. Especially when u cant even use the tv

THE LOCATION ON THE PENINSULAR IS SUITED FOR BOTH BUISNESS AND RELAXIATION WELL DONE

Disappointing that I had to wait at reception for 20 minutes with no one attending the front desk. Eventually had to go into pub to get someone to help me. I found the room extremely noisy with the chairs and movement in the pub above the room and the outside entrance after hours was opened and closed continuously creating additional noise. Room was clean which was great but it would be advised to descale the kettle with remnants/bits sitting in the kettle.
