Very good value, great location easy to get to off the freeway, safe and secure.
Clean, very comfortable and spacious room,
Breakfast was very nice with many options hot and cold
Lots of restaurants in the area and a large shopping mall.

Worse room and experience is the worst GM I ever came across after having this bloody rag in my bed she refuse a refund when I refuse to stay in there faculty. Worst Experience EVER

Had a hiccup with the wifi at first, but after that was resolved, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and room was great! Nice clean hotel.

While the property appeared nice, our room smelled horrible and when we addressed it with staff we basically got a shoulder shrug. Our room didn’t seemed to have been fully cleaned. Food on the floor and dirty shower. At check out we were not asked about our stay or thanked. Will not stay at this chain again.

Air conditioner is old and sprayed condensation water on myclothing. Telephone did not work. No remote control for television in both rooms. Breakfast had good selection of food and was prepared nicely. Employees did not respond to my complaints regarding the room.

The worst check-in experience ever. We originally booked 2 bed room, but other people was already checked in that room before we arrived. Therefore, we could not use the room originally booked. We had to wait more than one hour to relocate a room which was 1 bed room and smaller than the initial one. We had to stay in 1 bed room during our travel.

Bathroom Door was blocked by tiles on the floor. Roommates seem not to care about that at all.
Did book a suite with King Size Bed. Was not available. They „UPGRADED“ us on a double queen. Did not work for my wife and my three month old..
Manager didn’t contact us as promised by the staff. Overall poor experience :(

We didn’t have any housekeeping for our entire stay. The sheets was dirty and the towels were not able when needs because they were in the dryer. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic room and the staff was great. Only negatives were: 1) The breakfast selections were lacking and 2) Very minor issue with the bathroom door.

Booked two rooms and prepaid. Told the GM that the second guest was going to be late due to a flight delay. When he got there they gave away his room which was prepaid and told us the Hotel was booked. I had to scramble to find other accommodations. Very embarrassing and unprofessional

The suite was very spacious and it was nice there were real glasses and mugs in the room. Everything was clean. Appreciated that there were a lot of breakfast choices.

We were displaced from our original room to begin with. The elecrical outlets did not work so my technology was not able to be used for credit transactions the next day at an expo show, the toilet ran all night, the phone system was out so no use of phones, very loud party below us at 11pm and at 1am loud music started in the parking lot and after several cell phone calls to the desk until 3 am it was allowed to continue until a threat of calling 911, the manager Hermine Ghaloosian was extremely rude and overly obnoxious in attempting to deal with the situation, she kept blaming her "new" staff member who was overly helpful and apologetic. She kept talking over me and saying ok have a nice day, repeatedly said "you booked through a third party." Miss Hermine definitely should NOT be in a manager role, she has horrible customer service skills.

Staff informed us upon arrival that they did not offer a AAA discount which we later found to be untrue.
Upon our arrival to the room the shower gel was out, trash had not been pulled from previous stay, and we found previous tenants socks under the bed, 4 of them in fact.
Staff was generally nice, but did seem to know how to apply discounts. The manager we checked out with was very helpful and friendly.

Booked a suite with 2 queen beds, was put in suite with one bed on first night.
Was told by front desk staff would be moved to suite with 2 queen beds the next day. Then once again told couldn’t move us
Eventually moved but charged $20 the next day

The staff at Homewood Suites Novi was welcoming and helpful all week. We stayed for 6 nights, used the gym daily and took advantage of the hot tub. The breakfast was fresh every morning and coffee available all day. My wife and I had to work from the hotel most days and it was quite all day while we were focusing. We were visiting family and it was everything we needed to be close but have our own comfortable space.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very basic and not very tasty.
Asked for extra towels one evening and they said they were totally out in the entire hotel and had to wait until the next morning.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel. Breakfast and coffee was good. I loved the size of the room for my family of 6. The bathroom was a little tight though and hard to change in. The room was in some disrepair in some spots. Hole in the carpet in the living area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. And there was a weird stain on the bed sheets and bottom section of bed frame cover. And the pool was super small. I'm glad my family was the only family in it swimming when we went.

I was surprised how nice this place was! The suite was quite large with a kitchen, living, bedroom and bath. Since the property must be new, everything was in excellent shape. Good location too. I'll be back some day.
