Front desk and valet were great - especially the valet when we checked in. Parking was very reasonable.

Historic building in an excellent downtown location. Room was very comfortable with one of the largest bathrooms you'll see in a hotel room. Price was reasonable.

We never stayed here. We had the reservation through hotels.com. Cancelled reservation 2 days before the stay. They still charged my card and kept saying that we checked in. Called hotels.com and called the actual hotel they said they couldn't do anything about it.

My bed sheets I smell like they were left in the washer too long and unfortunately we didn't find out the scent until after the concert which was already late we ended up trying to get a hold of the front desk but couldn't reach them but was weird because when I went downstairs to smoke there was someone at the front desk

There was a festival going on so you could hear the bass. We were out at a wedding most of the time so it was bearable. Price was nice and valet parking was a bit high but worth the price.

The location is very walkable even sometime later in the evening. The room is nice and clean with a huge mirror and nice tabletop, but the bathroom is kinda tiny and difficult to release any moisture. We had to open the room door every morning for dry fresh air to get in. Also it’s kinda funny the hair dryer doesn’t turn off anyway (even if you switch to OFF) unless you plug it off. Overall good!

The property was nice in a good location.
I did not like walking into the room and finding someones dirty sock and a dinosour toy on the floor of the room. Also outside the shower would flood after every shower. It seems like the tile at the bottom of the shower door is draining out instead of into the shower.

Nice modern location the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of choices to chose from for eating near the location and its walkable. Parking was a little difficult i did not do valet parking so that i was the only issue.

Beautiful old deco building in downtown El Paso. Utterly quiet. Corner room with tons of windows and great views of the city, Mexico, the mountains. Decent storage space, nice bathroom. Convenient to everything. Only negative was squishy bed and limp pillows.
