It was an amazing stay. Love the seaview and sunset view from our room. Definitely will return again, for the hotel location, and breakfast variety. Not forgetting, i'd love how convenient to access to hotel information, spa booking, room service, through their in-house app. totally convenient and easy!

I walked into my room and immediately wished I was staying longer. It was lovely with absolutely stunning views. The staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was endless. The only thing that disappointed me was that the pool and pool bar closed quite early for a major tourist city. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would choose this hotel the next time (and there will be a next time) I visit Krabi.

The stay was good, however, as a gold member of Hotels.com, i do not get to enjoy all "VIP access" eg. early check-in, free room upgrade, late check-out, which was advertised by hotels.com. I only got 2 free drinks and 10% discount on selected restaurant. I asked the receptionist about the perks being a Gold member but she decline. I hope there is some co-ordination between Hotels.com and the hotel itself. If there is no Gold member perks, please remove what was advertised, we can select hotels that truly honored the "VIP Access". Thank you.

One of the bigger, newer & more family friendly hotels inAo Nanga beach area (ie. no drunken backpackers) Beautiful hotel with a great location, just meters of the main road so away from the hustle & bustle but still very walkable. Tons of halal eateries nearby, from cheap eats to more expensive dining. Service was great, lots of halal options at breakfast. Staff are attentive and friendly. They have a nifty mobile app that you install on your phone, using this you can arrange your room cleaning, book tours, view activity time tables etc etc. I found it quite nifty and helpful! Room was clean and spacious, wifi worked great and fast! We stayed for a full week, with 2 nights in a regular room and the rest in the room with whirlpool. Great experience having your own private jacuzzi like whirlpool They have a friendly (and honest) tour booking desk, with the rains she discounted quite a bit and we did the emerald pools/tiger temple tour. The island hopping unfortunately had to be cancelled due to bad weather. A refund was given without hesitation. Definitely going to return here in the less rainy seasons.

Felt safe with the area. Love the different pool areas just wished they were open later. There’s basically an adult section on rooftop and swim up bar but there’s also a kiddie section. Breakfast was alright. Rooms do not have microwave. Fridge was smaller than expected.

The first day we had a premier king room with jacuzzi. The room was nice. However the room was damp and the aircon was nit working well at night. It was hot and sweaty to sleep well as such. Aftet our return from Phi Phi Island, we came back to a standard room which was much more better and spacious. Looks like it is better to book a cheaper room at panan krabi hotel. Overall panan krabi was good, modern and had a wide spread of breakfast. Definitely recommend it!

Nice and modern hotel, in a good location at Ao Nang Beach. Room we had was Premier room with jacuzzi and pool view. Room size was big. The only negative about this hotel is the room's air con was not working at night and it was very stuffy and difficult to sleep. Buffet breakfast spread was huge and good.

Location excellent. Close to star bucks Mac’s and beach. Pool access room was great and close to swim up bar.

Very clean and comfortable. We got the room with the private whirlpool - we used it a ton!! The hotel is located within a short walk of the beach and near many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel. Stayed in many 5 star hotels.. But this hotel is in my top 3 hotels of all time. Staff is very friendly.. Pool is great. The drinks and food at the pool and restaurant are very well priced. Whirlpool room is amazing. Location right in the middle of the city. I will never go on another hotel anymore in Ao Nang.

We had a nice spacious two bedroom suite. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. The location was right in the middle of all the Krabi markets, shops, and restaurants. The main problem I had with this hotel was that there were 30 mosquitoes on the ceiling of the rooms and I killed half of them with a slipper and called front desk to come take care of them. A young man with some spray was sent and he sprayed the remaining mosquitoes right over the bed and the fog of the spray went all over our pillows!! Great! So if the mosquitoes don't kill us, the insecticide would. I killed about ten more after he left but one or two kept popping up on the ceiling. We finally slept and luckily had no issues with them at night because I had killed them with a slipper.

Krabi Panan was very nice!! The pools were beautiful, the breakfast abundant, and the location was very convenient. To save money, we booked our tours through Phoenix - just a block or two to the left down the road. Noree was lovely and helped us a lot. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and don’t miss the Welcome Drink with Passionfruit. Just a delight!

Staff were very polite and will go out to rectify any issues raised. However through the stay, I experienced quite a few maintenance issues - tap water temperatures kept fluctuating when showering.. could be cold and another moment very hot. Other issues included musty smell of the rooms due to humidity .. while I managed to move to another room upon request, my floor still became damp due to condensation (my room was set between 27-28 degrees). Housekeeping was also missed out for one of the days I was staying.. that said the staff tried their best to resolve the best they could. Management need to look at overall upkeep of the place. Other plus points include location, safe , and great breakfast offerings.

Our second time here and will definitely come back here again. Very family friendly hotel.

The room smelt damp and we couldn’t open doors for air as note said not to. Hard to get aircon at right level overnight. Otherwise nice breakfast and clean and lovely staff

I damaged my back in Bangkok and couldn't do the things I wanted to do. But as is normal in the Panan Krabi, they are super friendly, Endearing and bend over backwards for you....A great invironment to be in..Also a very fair price for the whole experience; throwing in the most amazing breakfast buffet, that could easily fill you up until next mornings breakfast..I will see you again, Panan Krabi, thank you...Douglas 🤘😎

Great pools on the property, friendly staff, and a close proximity to Ao Nang beach.

Too maby bugs and mosquitos in the room on the first floor, and the its dead bodies are on the wall. (someone killed mosquitos and it sticked every where) :(

nice property, within Krabi town, shops, restaurants, beach, all right outside the hotel. Very convenient. We got our room after an hour of the check in time, but they extended later check out time. Food was also good.

The property is clean. But my opinion I noticed that they do not check you in until 2 pm. If you have early flight may reconsider to to them having you wait in waiting area until 2pm

This was a fantastic hotel. The workers were all so friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time we walked through. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding, I’ve never seen so many options. It was incredible. The room was so cute and had everything we needed from robes to flip flops to toiletries. Panan far exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, the hotel is beautiful within walking distance of everything, we got the rooftop room and it was amazing.

Everyone was so nice. It was very clean and there were lots of events going on: cooking classes, rock climbing, excursions, etc. The staff was amazing and always making sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. Location is convenient. If we come back to ao nang, we will definitely stay here again.

It is a short distance away from the beach. There are many eateries and small shops around. It's about a 20 min walk away from the night market. The hotel itself had a great view from the room and rooftop swimming pool. Staff are very accomdating. Very very clean.

The hotel was good and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was a bit random but offered a lot of variety. We didn’t go in the pool areas but they looked very nice. The only issue we had was the housekeeping which kept taking things out of the room for cleaning but not replacing them, ie towels and robes. They would also leave collect rubbish and dirty mugs some days but not others. The staff were incredibly accommodating, I had accidentally not booked enough nights and they were super helpful about getting me another night and arranging transport back to the airport. We also got a sea view room and to be honest the majority of our view was of another hotel. So if I was going back I probably wouldn’t opt for that type of room.
