After a flight, train and tram to arrive check tho quick room available a relaxing drink in the bar would be nice to be told the bar is NEVER open due to staffing . A bad start. Breakfast tho some choices was cold had to ask to be put in microwave ! The room spacious and clean but should be. 320euro per night!! All in all the area tho near tram stop was uninviting. On asking the manager why no bar as advertised I got a short sharp reply. So should you pick this hotel for your stay I have to say NO. Expensive , not a good location and ownership rude.

The property was a surprise. Great little boutique hotel in nice residential area. Short walk to tram. Great staff - Naziah and may be misspelling (forgive me) was so excellent!

We stayed here for a week! The room was HUGE and convenient to the tram but we mostly walked to and from the center. Plus the West neighborhood has so many dining options close by and shopping was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet is wonderful! My daughter danced at the studio next door and this was the perfect location! Would stay here again! The best 7 days in Amsterdam!

Very pleasant hotel in a quiet area not too far from the centre of Amsterdam. Good sized modern rooms with spacious bathroom. Very good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff. Short few minutes walk to the nearest tram stop direct to the centre.

Enjoyed our stay, especially because of the adjacent dance studio which added to our personal enjoyment as former dancers. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room was very spacious and quiet. When we visit Amsterdam again we will certainly return to the Chasse Hotel.

Excellent hotel in a quiet, local neighborhood. We are thrilled that we found it on a last minute trip to the area. Staff was so welcoming, hotel is super clean and modern with character being in a Former church. Nice restaurants on the Main Street. 10 mins on tram to city center and 10 Min walk to Jordaan. I travel often and this is the best hotel Breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Chasse!

Loved staying here the staff were so lovely and also upgraded our room! We had some issues regarding missed connecting flights and the staff were so helpful and kind during that stressful time. The breakfast was great! And so close to public transport so easy to get around the city! Will definitely stay here again.

A miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel, left us without a room the first night and we had to checkin in another hotel (arranged by the primary hotel) and go back for breakfast the following morning. On the second day we walked in Amsterdam and found a used coat hanger rack, which disappeared from our room during next day cleaning, but neither the cleaning crew or the reception was able to tell us why or how and it was never recovered and we didn't get it covered by the hotel. No other item or valuable was touched. The room was cozy. There was a dance studio below the hotel, and for a few hours we were part of the dance instruction even though we were in our room. That should probably be mentioned in the hotel description. The breakfast room was nice. There was a number of stairs, but not a problem for us.

Bedroom was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast I expected more given the price, having the ability to rent a bike from the hotel itself is also a good thing.

Excellent location near downtown Amsterdam. Hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day! Tram and bus transportation very convenient. We used the Bos en Lommer parking garage, convenient access. All around, a great stay and quiet location in the busy city!

This hotel is a lot quieter then the ones in the center of town. The rooms are large, the breakfast was awesome and the are a few trams close by to get into the center of town.

Nice quiet stay. A bit far to the city center but not too bad if you enjoy walking. The breakfast buffet is top-notch.

The Receptionists were wonderful at the check-in and check-out and made us feel really appreciated. The hotel is clean and quiet and room was very comfortable.

The Chasse Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam. We booked a Junior Suite and were very impressed with the size of the room. Very similar to a Junior Suite in the US. The hotel is located roughly 25 minutes from Old Town via the nearby bus system, or 15 minutes by car. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again.

This is a nice hotel; front desk and breakfast room staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Walk to the tram is only about 5 minutes and will take you to the centre of Amsterdam in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. The breakfast is excellent- great variety and gluten free bread roll available on request which was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside was the water temp was difficult to maintain at desired temp-it has a mind of its own.

Very nice staff

The Chasse Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Any questions we had about Amsterdam, they quickly answered. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The only downsides were the elevator not working until the day before we left and not being able to sufficiently cool our 3rd floor room. I do understand air conditioning is not as big a deal as in the US. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs a day was inconvenient but good exercise.

The property and weight staff was great and it was in the center of town. Very close to the tram and many places to eat. The problem was they own a dance school at this hotel and they knew they were having a weekend where they would be dancing from early in the morning till 11 o’clock at night for three days. We should’ve been warned about this prior to checking into the hotel and our rate should’ve been greatly discounted. They are very nice and explained this to us however, it made it very hard to take naps or even go to bed at a reasonable hour because of the very loud music. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Chasse hotel is highly recommended!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing: fresh and great variety of breads, eggs, fruits, pancakes and apple pie. Around 20-25 min walking distance to main attractions in the center. But tram station is near to the hotel. No parking available but we were advised about P+R parking.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful, breakfast was awesome, room quiet, comfortable very well appointed. Walking distance to local shops made shopping easy.
