The location is easy to access and close to anything you might need. Many restaurants nearby. Cleanliness is wonderful and every single employee I engaged with was high quality customer service and incredibly professional. I will use this space again and again when visiting family. Superb!

It was one of the most sparse hotel rooms I have been in.

We checked in pretty late and Mike at the front desk could not have been any more welcoming. The room was great- I love the hardwood floors instead of carpet because it just feels cleaner. Great room.

Very clean and good service. Only complaint is that the rooms didn’t have microwaves.

We saw a few popcorn kernels on the floor when we entered & the black became showed some dust under the bedding. The public spaces were clean. The free breakfast was pretty depleted by the time we got there at 8:30am. There were a couple of dogs on our floor that were easily heard through the walls or the doorway. It was not a quiet stay.

The room was dirty smelled like urine , pool was not functioning, elevator was under repair, washer was being repaired some staff was ok other’s were not. For a 6 year old property it was ran down pretty bad. Very disappointed will not stay again.

My stay was a mixed bag. The exterior, lobby and service were very good.
The room was updated but definitely showing wear. The bathroom door did not close completely due to building settling. (Rehang the door!) The floor in our room was filthy. Remote, light switches, tv screen and heating /cooling unit very dirty. Everything else clean.
Breakfast.... I only wanted toast. Dead toaster. Coffee good but you have to leave the room for it.
Lots of traffic noise overnight.

I would stay again. Staff not accommodating/ helpful/ friendly ( not downright rude either) but facility clean, nice with a comfortable bed.

It was a wonderful Lee clean and newly renovated hotel. What made it extra special was there people. Your front desk staff went over and above to make certain that my stay was comfortable and exactly as I wanted it.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The room is simple but did have a small refrigerator. My room faced a busy street, so unless the room darkening shade was completely closed, you would get lights from the cars.
My biggest complaint was the noise! My room had an adjoining room door, and the family with small children next door was easily heard in my room. I could also hear some noise on the other side as well.
Overall a very nice hotel- perhaps made better without an adjoining room door!

Very nice property. New hotel. Very clean. Nice lobby to hangout in. Loved the bathroom toiletries. Big bath towels. Very friendly front desk. Great snacks,drinks and adult beverages to purchase in lobby.

We had dirty linens and toilet in our first room and I called the service desk and the manager got us a new room and even ran new room keys up to us. She was very apologetic and dealt with the issue immediately. Excellent customer service 😊👍

Pictures on the website are misleading of the size of the room for the cost. There is barely room to turn around. The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The road noise is very loud inside the hotel room.

It was very cold all over. I had to turn the heat up to get the room warm. Was very basic furnishings with only a straight chair to sit in. Only harsh overhead lighting. Otherwise clean and sufficient for an overnight stay.

The staff were very nice. We loved to okay pool in the lobby and used the workout room. The only complaint was the shower was broke, well part of it. It was still usable and we did use it but it needed fixed. We did not tell anyone as we only stayed a couple nights and used the time to spend with our family.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Our family of 4 spent the night before our morning flight from Cedar Rapids airport. Conveniently located across the street from Kwik Star, made it easy to buy some evening snacks. We did not use the pool. Water temperature was on the cool side. Would stay again.
