Room small, shower not hot water, shower door leaked and saw a roach in bathroom

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were fun, helpful, and friendly.
Our stay was not bad, however the walls are very thin. The people next door seemed to be rolling rocks against the wall. It was after 10pm and they were extremely loud. The hallway seemed to echo noise in the hall, which only added to the noise coming from the people in the next room.
The rooms are not carpeted which makes for a colder room in the winter (also does not help to dampen sound). A very large crack in the wall of the shower had attempted to be repaired with silicone over it; the shower door did not seal at the bottom, so water was in a huge puddle outside the door when you stepped out of the shower.
No microwave but did have a small fridge. Very few breakfast items available on the included breakfast downstairs. Little to no amenities at this property.

Amazing. Basic but very functional. Staff was excellent especially front desk from 4-11 pm on the day we checked in. Had a problem with a loud hum in our room about 10:30 and she graciously got us another room quickly. Everything was good after that.

My stay was pretty good! Breakfast time and selection were pretty good. I liked the feature that we could text if help was needed during our stay. I’ll definitely return when I have to come back to visit again

Great hotel for a weekend away. Close to shopping, and several restaurants along with the lounge theater! We’ve stayed several times, and will definitely be going back.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room 108 was amazing. We had a good nights sleep. Very quiet!

This is an excellent hotel and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Its location is very safe and walking distance to outlets and good restaurants. Chastity greeted us at the front desk with a big welcome, two bottles of water and cared about her property there by being very informative of its many offerings. It was quiet, parking was close to the front door and safe. Property seemed like it was new. Hot breakfast was good and eating area well thought out. It was right near I-30 so it was easy to hop back on the road after a great, comfortable night's stay. Ten stars!

One thing is when you stay, you want to sleep so good, you never want to wake up!
One bad thing is you just might end up with some loud neighbors! Stomping til maybe 2am! I understand kids want to have fun! But not after hours! Damn!! I lost so much sleep, I barely made it back to Corpus Christi TEXAS!!
I was very unhappy!! Totally not satisfied!! I want my money back!! I really do!!
I’ll be back next yr! That’s for sure! I would love to see if that’s changed from my previous stay! & no, I do not accept credit or discounted price for my next stay!

We got in a little after midnight and tired so it was when were greated by a real nice front desk clerk. room very clean and bed was wonderfully comfortable. i would come again

Easy check in with friendly greeting. Rooms are clean with plenty of hooks for hanging items. The free breakfast was really good with the automatic pancake maker. That was cool. Everything you start your day. Seems to be a safe area. If we ever need a place in this area again, we would stay here.

outside looked very nice, the lobby was excellent, the desk clerk was very informative and kind. first room given was large and nice until I walked into Bathroom where I found black mold in around the base of shower. we were given a second room, but also found Mold in shower, I kept room anyway. went to get in the bed pulled back the coverlet and found several hairs on sheets, luckily had two beds so just doubled up in one and reported the next day to desk clerk. she had housekeeping change the bedding, but left only one towel. had to find maid to retrieve towels. complimentary coffee was old and barely warm. breakfast was a disappointment. would have toast but there was no bread just a toaster. was told they did not have bread. so we will not be choosing this facility in the future or recommending it.

Excellent and clean stay. Newer rooms. Very friendly staff. Next to movie theaters. Only issue was the walls are very thin and you could hear someone coughing all night and other people’s tvs beside and below you. Bring a noise machine.

It was perfect! We stayed two nights and had absolutely no complaints. We walk 3-4 miles each morning, and the area was extremely walkable. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and outlet shopping.

The door that loked like the entrance was locked and guest keyed me in while telling me some else had to do the samething for them. You need to look at that.

The Tru by Hilton was great and lived up to the Hilton Brand. All the staff that we came into contact with were very nice and helpful, we were visiting Little Rock for the 2024 eclipse they even gave us an eclipse bag with glasses snacks, and bottled water. If I found myself in that area again I would definitely stay there.

The lady working the main desk was super friendly and helpful. She was constantly cleaning up and filling up the coffee makers. She was very pleasant. I wish i could remember her name. We stayed there on the 29th. She work the afternoon shift because i remember her telling us she gets off at 11PM.

Easy to access off I-30. Unique property with modern / minimalist design. Hardwood flooring in rooms, no carpet made it feel clean and neat. Large groups are allowed and there was a large group holding a party in the lobby and parking lot until around 1 am. Wasn’t a fan of the noise and disturbances this caused.
