Nice generous room.
The overall condition of the place needs some touch up especially the shower pressure.
Sky TV is great. Central location.
The themal pool was good. I would have loved it to be hot rather than luke warm.

Old and dated unit, door didn’t shut tight so it banged in the wind. Toilet was small and cramped as was the vanity.
Needed updating in all areas, the bed was uncomfortable, no electric blanket and heat pump.
Was clean and tidy but definitely not worth the price we paid.

We stayed one witch said $109 that was okay , Come the next day 20 minutes after we checked out and got down the road I noticed it charged me $189? When we confronted the Indian at the front office he denied it & said they charged $109 and to not listen to whatever , By this point my partner was overheated witch would’ve ended bad so I told him leave it but I will be putting a complaint in don’t worry about that . - Now that room was okay don’t get wrong but for the price of $189 I could’ve got a better motel closer to where I was meant to be .

Was disappointed that they did not let us know that the pool was under maintenance. I specifically booked at this place as I had my 7 year old Granddaughter with us and she was looking forward to the swim.

The room was dated but has had a upgrade, Bed was comfortable, new carpet, Kitchen was workable,
No aircon but a heater was supplied,
Our biggest Problem was the water pressure in the shower it was bearly a trickle. very bad and hard if you wash your hair

Clean and tidy room. Bed was very comfortable. Close to hospital.
Issue was with the shower pressure as it was very low. Also cold water ran brown on the day we left.

12.30am people yelling not in English. Cars coming and going from 12.30am till 2.30am right out side our window. Bed was hard. In the bathroom I leant on the wall when shaving and hand went through the plaster. Was damp and looked if wall had been patched before. Motel charged large amount on credit card. Not happy with our stay at all

The indoor natural hot springs pool could definately use a face lift...it just appeared old and not maintained. The room was nice and clean. Good stay.

We liked the chairs outside for people to sit on at the end of the day. The location was very handy. TV on the was quite small. There was no AC unit, and no flyscreens on the windows. mosquitos came into the room.

We only stayed one night at this motel in order to break an otherwise longer journey. The motel was reasonably priced, but had no air conditioner. At the time the weather was very hot and had been for a couple of weeks so at night we had to open the windows. They did provide a fan which helped.

It's an older property but clean and best bed bed I have slept on

We had booked through you as you had indicated that they took dogs. arrived to find that they did not. would not even put us up for one night as we tried to find accommodation for the first night. though they did find some where for the rest of the six days. On the web site did say they take service dogs. However said that was wrong. Charged us for one night.

Bathroom and kitchen basic, well due for a refurbish.
My husband was in hospital. I said I maybe would need another night and was charged for it, more than we had paid for the previous 2 nights and refund system very poor, still waiting 5days later.

Room was clean and spacious to relax. However we were very disappointed that the thermal pool was closed during our stay. Also one of the small couch’s leg was broken and shaky. We couldn’t talk about it when we checked out because no one was at the office. We chose the motel because of the use of thermal pool. We understand that that was unexpected incident but a little bit more explanation and apologies would have helped us feeling better when we checked out. Thanks and regards

Dated accommodation, with single-glazed windows. No air conditioning. The geothermal pool was unable to be accessed (whole point of us booking this accommodation i the first place). Had to ask for an extra heater in the evening. Thin walls without much insulation (can hear noises from the next door unit easily). Very unreliable wifi internet.

We did not get towels in our room. It was to late at night to do anything about it. Left early in the morning without showers or proper wash.

Very handy location to where we needed to be. Shopping centre just down the road which had option of take aways as well as a supermarket.
Clean and tidy rooms though bit of a mix up when we arrived as we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom apartment but were given a one but the lady at reception happily moved us with no issues. Very friendly and helpful.
Nice hot pool to have a soak in before bed.
Would stay again when in the area.
