Lovely hotel with a women only floor, our room was cute and we booked for two separate beds. They had friendly staff and were located fairly close to a train station.

New, Clean, overall is good. Love connection room. It is so great for family with kids. Have onsen. However, onsen is too small.

The parking charge was not clearly stated before rebranding and gave people impression of having parking included in the hotel charge. But ended up having to pay for extra 1200 per night for parking.

The amenities is good and the rooms is clean.

Good stay. Rooms are a bit small. Key Access /usage throughout the hotel is a bit excessive. Better than some 4stars hotel that I’ve used.

I booked the most basic room and realized upon entering that the staff actually gave me a bigger room. Not to mention, it was exactly as I requested: away from elevator on a higher floor. He gave me the highest floor and it was a corner room. The room is actually spacious and you also have a sliding door and even a desk and chair and small sofa. The place was spotless and parking was free. They will give you a coupon after you check in for the free parking. There is a small parking in front of the hotel but it’s usually full. You can also park at the back of the hotel. You also get to use the public bath for free. As a gold hotels.com member, it gave me a 2 hour plus late check out until 1pm. Oh and free coffee on the 1st floor

Everything is good except for the fact that they charge you for parking. It is my favorite hotel. The staff is excellent, and the Japanese language skills of the foreign staff are very impressive.

Bed was a little harder than I like, but overall nice, comfortable weekend stay. Nice breakfast buffet by Japanese or western standards.
