all good at wonderful place

I don’t want to write too much because people have to make their own experience in this unique place. We enjoyed our stay every second and highly recommend this paradise. Jan as influencer made our stay more than special and the complete team is a jewel! Food, room, staff and surprises-we already miss it

Amazing! The best hotel in Gili Air. The staff is great. They care about the details and always give their best to make your stay memorable. The swimming pool and the sunset views are awesome.

Pinck Coco is a lovely hotel. i would definately recommend it. Having seen the other hotels nearby this one is definaltey better than the others, Bar restaurant has a great choice of drinks and food and breakfast is lovely. Swimming pool is great too.

This is by far THE best resort on Gili Air! Amazing, friendly staff, great facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast which is included in your room rate has probably the best selection we've ever experienced (and we've travelled extensively). Only minor problem is that the breakfast was often cold so if PC can sort this out, we'd rate it 5-stars!

Amazing staff, you always get that little extra service! The premises is nice, but is getting a little run down, especially the bathrooms. Will be back!

Great spot on the beach! Staff and service were excellent! JAN and Jun were very welcoming and friendly! Jan offered service or help any time he saw me! I didn’t love the food, but it was ok, and there were many options in walking distance. I’d stay again! Very romantic 💝

PinkCoco Gili Air is a true gem, earning a perfect 10 out of 10 in my book. The outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Jan in Guest Relations and Emma, the exceptional waitress, elevated our stay to unforgettable heights. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms created a cozy retreat, while the central pool became our favorite gathering spot. With breathtaking sunsets right at our doorstep, coupled with the opportunity to savor the moment with a delightful drink in hand, PinkCoco Gili Air delivered an experience beyond compare. It's a haven where luxury meets warmth, making every moment a cherished memory.

The breakfast was very delicious and comprehensive. Overall wonderful experience at this hotel, highly recommended.

Out stay at Pink Coco was incredibly relaxing. The staff are wonderful and so helpful from beginning to end. The breakfast that was included was delicious as we sat on the beach looking out at the ocean every morning. During our stay it was not possible to swim at the beach connected to Pink Coco as the tide was out during the day. We did find a lovely beach a few kilometers away to swim and enjoy the crystal clear water. If there was one thing negative I would need to add is that I found the linens and towels to not always feel super clean and they need replacing with new ones to add that extra special touch to an otherwise perfect time. Thank you Pink Coco for a holiday we will never forget.

This was one of our absolute favorite villas we stayed at during our honeymoon in Indonesia. The room was perfect, and enormous! The mosaic bath tub was the perfect end to the day, as were the tandem showers! The sunset is gorgeous from pink coco, and the food was delicious and the staff was so helpful and kind. The pool was so relaxing. I can’t praise this place enough! To top it off, the pink theme is so picturesque. I’ll cherish my photos from here forever! Will definitely be returning.

Pink Coco is an excellent place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The little added extras such as a turn down service each evening and an honesty cart at the pool make all the difference.

The stay was amazing! We loved being on Gili Air, food was excellent and the position for sunset is prime!! All the staff were exceptional - Rian, Rozi. We hired the bikes to ride around the island, which was fun... although you will have to walk through some sandy parts. Snorkling was so much, we booked through the hotel and went out on the pink boat. We even saw 2 turtles! Overall the pink coco was one of our favourite stays on our travels.

We loved our time here. The staff are so helpful and nice. They made us feel really welcome. The location is perfect. You feel secluded while still having all the amenities like beach, pool and 2 restaurants. The food was great and they always had little extras. We hated to leave.

The room I stayed in was nice however it would have been nice to have blankets on the bed instead of only sheets for covers. The internet was unstable and couldn't get a strong connection. If you don't mind taken a semi warm shower then this is the place for you. Other then those things it was an ok stay. Not one of my best stays.

Staying at Pink Coco was great. The staff are as laid back as it gets, and always eager to give recommendations around the island or hear about past travels. The breakfast is delicious with several egg-based and Indonesian options as well as a fruit platter and unlimited coffee. The pool was perfect for laps and also the night swim. However, the rooms arent soundproof, the wifi is very weak and had to use my hotspot, and the showers have limited hot water (10 minutes tops). I would stay here again, but hope management could do something to make sure there is more hot water and better wifi.

Great hotel with amazing staff! Food was really good, especially breakfast and tapas restaurant. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. This was our trip’s best and cleanest hotel. We also had a nice snorkling boat trip with Pink boat. Good to know that even though the hotel is on the beach you can’t swim there because of low tide, corals and big waves during high tide. Luckily there’s a pool.

PinkCoco was the highlight of my holiday, I can’t recommend it enough - the facilities were beautiful and so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful and the food and beverages were delicious. We will be returning again soon!

From the moment I arrive at pink Coco I felt the arm tress of travel just disappear. Was greeted at the front desk by Ilan who extremely pleasant and welcoming. He was busy with other check in but managed to get me a welcome during and made me comfortable at a lounge chair. After the swift check in I was shown my room which was pool side and lively decorated. Every night they would even come in while away and put cookies and light a candle for your night arrival back. That is Truly going above and beyond but just the norm for this establishment. Break fast is complimentary and I must sway some of the finest quality ingredients with an array of choices. You get unlimited coffee, juice drink, fruit platter and a main course. The omelette was my favorite but heard the eggs Benny were to die for. The restaurant manager Tizzies was always making sure I was take. Care of and made a pint to always say my name and have a brief chat with me. He was truly a professional and was maybe the most accommodating hotel employee I have been around. And I have been to a ton of hotels. They even come around the pool while you are lounging and bring free treats. The pink ice cream wax out of this world. The food was overall some of the best I have had in Southeast Asia. I have stayed at hotels all over and some of them very expensive 5 stars. Pink coco truly puts them to shame on the service scale. I could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone who wants a gray experience in a beautiful setti

Outstanding hotel. The staff, the room, the pool, the bar/restaurant and location on the beach all top class. Can't think of another hotel I want to return to as much as this one!
