I can tell this was farbthe most terrible stay in Barcelona. Usually i like hostels with multiple beds no problem with that but this the worst. I cannot add photos i think there is a problem with the hotels.com site but i really wanted the shoe you guys that the pictures has nothing to do with the reality exept the lobby

The worst Experience of my whole life traveling. Was depress for me and my family. I never imagined that I going to be in a place like this. First, the room that they post on the advertising is not even close for the room that they gave me. Any room in a prisión have better conditions that that hole.The room was with bathroom and the told me that I have to share the bathroom with other peoples (ladies and gentlemen). One of the shower lock work didn,t work. NO HOT WATER IN ANY DAY AND ANY TIME TO TAKE SHOWER. We went to talk to the front desk person and they gave just excuu

No safe in the room Can't close the toilet

I have stayed in hostels all over the world, and this is by far the worst one. There are two showers for 60 people, The showers were broken half the time I was there. The bathroom facilities were disgustingly dirty. The bathrooms are mixed, male and female, and no changing room from the shower. There are no locks on most the doors and there was no soap most the time. You could find trash everywhere and no toilet paper. In the room with 10 bunkbeds, there was only one outlet to share. The Last night I was supposed to stay I came home and my key didn’t work so I went downstairs to ask what was wrong and they said that they had to move me to a different room because they booked a party of 10. So they changed my bed and my room without any notice, I only found out because my key didn’t work. I tried to get the stuff I had left on my bed but then found the cleaning staff did not know where it was, including my shower things which left me without the ability to take a shower. The new room they put me did not have any lockers. I would absolutely not stay this hostel again. I will say that the kids running it are really nice people and they do their best with what they have. For the amount of money they charged I would expect at least the basics I’m not looking for luxury, but unfortunately they missed the mark on clean facility, room management, basic hygiene, and basic facilities. I recommend to stay elsewhere.

This property is not what I expected and is not worth the money. From the photos it looks much nicer but when we got there we were surprised. Despite being in a good area for tourists, the price of the room is far too high for what you get. There is no air conditioning, do not provide towels, nothing but a bed and bin in the room, the toilets are small, comfortable and the floors always wet from the showers. There was a kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge downstairs in the common space. There’s also a balcony which was nice to sit on and enjoy the sun. Overall I disagree with the price and think they need to upgrade a bit if they want to charge so much. Would not stay again. Thank you to the staff who were friendly
