Was kind of an odd setup had to actually look for the refrigerator because it was so small

Very convenient to the airport as well as a terrific steakhouse that was surprisingly good. Super helpful staff that went out of their way to be super helpful.

We were stuck in Raleigh due to airline issues. The hotel was great. The front desk person was very welcoming. The breakfast, especially the pancakes, were amazing! The front desk person Monday morning, Ashleigh I think, went above and beyond to help when my exhausted brain mad no sense. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and had good pressure. The only downside was the A/C. The cold air and then the heat to get the room to the correct temp making it humid in the room. This was our first stay at a Tru Hotel and we will be back.

August 2nd we called the hotel from RDU for an RDU-hotel shuttle at 8:32 pm; one arrived at 9:02 pm after having passed us (he was in the far left lane) and warranting another call to the hotel. We waited for 30 minutes - could have taken an Uber or stayed at a differnet hotel. We went to the front desk at 9:20 pm to confirm our morning shuttle (we had asked the front desk person to set this up when we checked in at 3:00 pm) and they said they had no record of a shuttle for us. Good thing we checked else who knows whether we would have been ablel to get on a shuttle in the morning. Clearly the front desk personnel need better training.

I was a cancelled flight on a layover and needed sleep. They had a room and immediately sent a shuttle to pick me up no fuss. They were friendly helpful and polite. They made sure I had everything I needed and that I got back to the airport for the flight I scheduled in the morning. Amazing people and place

The staff made a HUGE impact for the positive feelings of our stay. Taylor at the front desk had much going on, when our turn came she was focused and so helpful. There had been a miscommunication with someone I spoke with over the phone to ask if we could get a 4:15 am shuttle to the airport. The response was yes, just let it be known when you check in. There was no mention of a “first come first serve” basis….the shuttle was booked! This was distressing, I had called & never told this situation! Taylor handled in a very supportive professional manner. She worked it out that we would make our flight! The property is no frills….there is no soft lighting in the rooms, so stark bright light or no light. There is no carpet, so rooms are very noisy and floor is cold. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was comfortable. If we needed a place for 1 night, I would choose over a motel, but this would be on my “B” list. The staff was FANTASTIC! Thank you Taylor & Antwan & MJ!!!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. It was pleasantly quiet in spite of its proximity to RDU.

Room was clean, staff was friendly! Booked due to proximity to the airport as we had a flight early in the morning. Thunderstorm in evening so cable was not working, kind of a bummer. Overall would stay again.

I love how close this property is to the airport. No bar but there was alcohol for purchase available. Nice lil social area too. Enjoyed my quick stay.

The air conditioner was very noisy - would go on and off and wake me up. Not a pleasant night's sleep.

Kayla at the front desk was a breath of fresh air! I was winding down a challenging day and she just had all of the right answers for me and am thankful that one of your employees showed a genuine care for her guests!

Overall, really nice stay. Perfectly clean rooms, very friendly staff, yummy breakfast, comfortable beds, and really convenient location to the airport. The 2 queens room doesn't really leave room for bags (tight quarters), but it wasn't a big issue. I would stay again.
