We really enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom Boca Catalina Villa. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. They provided beach chairs and coolers which was very nice. The pool area was nice and we used it almost daily. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We did have two small lizards or geckos get into our place while staying there for a week. Not sure if this is typical, but we were able to get them out safely outside. There are two great beaches within walking distance. One is a 1-2 min walk with excellent snorkeling, but is a little rocky. The other beach is a 5-7 min walk with clear water, low waves, and sandy which makes it a great relaxing beach. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay here again.

Fantastic place... super modern, clean, best location on the island... close enough to the crowds if you need to go to town but just far enough away to feel like you are on a completely different island. villa is just across the street from best beaches on the Island! great host, so helpful and flexible!

This place was the best boutique hotel we have been to! We spent one week in the one-bedroom unit and five days in one of the two-bedroom units. Each unit was beautifully decorated and set up. Everything you would need was provided for. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you might need. The beds were super comfortable! The pool was clean and warm. There are several seating options outdoors as well. We also made use of the on-site washer and dryer, which was handy. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and kind. We would come back any time! We recommend this place with absolutely no hesitation!

The garden was lovely and quiet and the pool was refreshing. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood about a 5 minute drive north from the hotel strip. I would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in Aruba! Clean, modern apartment, beautiful yard and pool, quiet neighbourhood and all just a three minute walk to the best snorkeling beach in Aruba. Mike and Amanda were very nice and responsive. Everything is exactly as advertised. If we go back to Aruba this will be our top choice of places to stay.

The property was amazing. A 5 minute walk to the best snorkel beach and super clean apartment was fantastic. Will defintely stay again when back in Aruba. The owners are very responsive and willing to help with anything you may need.

Beautiful Place. The only negative is once you're there, there doesn't seem to be a way to contact staff. We were never able to acquire a wifi password and the only reason we needed it was because service wasn't the best this far north. But amazing stay.

The property was just as expected, which was a beautiful modern property which was kept extremely well! It was within a 2 min walk to nice beach areas. Easy parking when you rent a car. The owner was really helpful when it came to recommendations for the island as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is beautiful! The pictures do not due it justice. If you are looking for something away from the high rise hotel noise & fully relax. This is it!
